You'll be free to explore historic West Chester, just steps outside of your door.

Easily access your unit with a touch screen Lock. Your unit is only steps away from your off street parking spot.

Parking:
- One off street parking spot.
- Free street parking is also available on weekends.

Other things to note:
- I control the central AC/Heat temperate via a smart home thermostat but will always keep the temperature comfortable for guests.

- While the bedroom is connected to the rest of the house by an original 19th century door, it remains locked by deadbolt, giving you constant privacy.

- The unit is located on the second floor and accessed by exterior steps.

- I rent another section of my home to two tenants that you may see outside as you come and go.
