This beautifully furnished home is located in the Lake Conroe Walden community and will surely be your new favorite getaway with enough room for the entire family! It is a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom and is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay with a well-supplied kitchen, pool towels, a garage converted into a game room, essentials, and more! The patio has a large gazebo furnished with fans & lights to relax with family and friends in the evenings or enjoy your breakfast outside. There is a private hot tub for guests to use to soak in after a long day. The fenced backyard and patio area is the perfect retreat and your furry friend is welcome to join!

Enjoy the great location and easy access to local attractions with Lake Conroe right across the street! Bring your boat to enjoy the lake and use the nearby boat ramps only about 2 miles from the property. With a large corner lot and long driveway, you are able to park your boat at the property (max limit of days). On top of everything provided at the property, you will also have access to the community pool, fitness center, the Walden Yacht Club, tennis courts, and parks which are all just a short drive through the neighborhood to get to. Please note the community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

After spending the day on the water, come back to the property to cook dinner on the BBQ grill or in the spacious kitchen. Every bedroom has a TV, and the primary bedroom is located on the first floor for some privacy in the evenings. This comfortable home has something for everyone and we can't wait to host you!

Pet Information:
- Pets are allowed on the property with an additional $150 pet fee.
- Maximum two pets only.
- Restricted breeds & 50lbs weight limit so please inquire about your pet before booking.

- Non-smoking residence. Smoking is strictly prohibited. This is a family-friendly property and there will be additional charges if we discover any evidence of smoking in the home.
- Absolutely no events, parties, or large gatherings. Any unauthorized guests, including day guests, will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund.
- Must be 25 years of age to book.

For your safety, a security camera (a Ring doorbell) is located at the front door. The camera is facing toward the front yard and does not look into any interior spaces. The camera doorbell is actively recording video and audio.

Me and the fellas was very very very impress from the time we walked thru the front door we were Wowed by everything we seen. It was a very beautiful place to lay our heads down for a few days. We will definitely be back. Thanks for allowing us this first time experience in Montgomery. ❤️❤️❤️

If you want a great place to stay check out this property! They have thought of everything to baby stroller to smores! We could play games in the garage, we watched Netflix, cooked and enjoyed the quiet back patio! So you know when you go to leave a vacation you say can't wait to get into my own bed? NOT US! We loved the beds and slept like babies every night!!! They are so comfortable and wanted to take it with me! So many things to do around this vacation home! We went to Waco and the Bush Library. We felt we should have stayed longer!!! We stayed 5 nights and needed to have more time!! So keep that in mind when booking! I did have to call the to get some help and was EASY to deal with! They are truly amazing!!! You will NOT be disappointed renting this amazing gorgeous home!

Property was perfect size in a good location for our four day at Lake Conroe. Nice quiet neighborhood. Four bedrooms were great. Game in the garage and the backyard seating and hot tub were great

All amenities were perfect and thoughtful Air Conditioner had an issue and Itrip communication was quick and a HVAC person came out the same day. outdoor area great gathering place. Close to everything! only suggestion would be ceiling fans for up stairs bedrooms. p

I recommend that you go into the business training people who provide homes away from home for families. We were in for a wedding last weekend so we really couldn't enjoy all that this property provides but we definitely give it the highest recommendation. Great place to stay! Thanks again!

Immaculate home with everything you could need. Convenient to our family reunion on the lake (near margaritaville ). The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in ! The back yard set up was nice, but we didn’t utilize it since we were away during the day. My son was checking out the remote controlled lights and fans in the gazebo- wants to replicate for his own house. We would definitely rent this home again if available.

The place was perfect for my family we had such a good time making memories before the baby comes. There was just enough rooms and space for everyone. The games in the garage were a hit for the teenagers and some adults lol. The board games were a very nice touch although we played so many card games, dominoes, and chess we didn't get a chance to play. There was even baby stuff there that takes up a whole lot of space in the car to bring. So it felt like they thought about everything. Fan in the garage because it gets pretty hot along with plenty of chairs, fishing polls, and equipment for fun days at the lake. Thinking about booking here again! Such a good time not to mention the amenities in the backyard. Access to the yacht club as well!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home! Location was perfect and the communication with the host was amazing! We had a little confusion with our check out and we got an immediate response that was full of kindness and understanding. This house accommodated 4 couples perfectly and everything we could need! As a group that lives for game nights the garage was our favorite hang out spot with ping pong and basketball, as well as the backyard! We were all so thankful for this house and the communication with the property manager. It truly was the best weekend spot for our friends to create memories we will always cherish!!

We are the staff of a dance studio that was in town for a competition at Margaritaville. The house was super close to the hotel & perfect for our needs! The house was clean & cozy. We enjoyed all of the comforts, from the memory foam beds with amazingly soft blankets to the backyard oasis & hot tub. Thank you for creating a home away from home!

This Lake Conroe home was amazing! It was beautifully decorated, spacious and had all the amenities. It was near the lake & the neighborhood was nice. My family & I not only enjoyed the inside of the home but the backyard had a great ambience it was nice & relaxing. The house was fully equipped with all the right necessity, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The owner had great communication & even emailed community events that were going on for that weekend. This home was a pleasant stay and we will definitely be staying again when we come back to visit Lake Conroe. This was a 5⭐️ plus rating. Thank you for providing my family and I a great stay!
