Very satisfied right from reservation confirmation to checking procedures to check in process to actual stay. Good accomodation for a couple and one child. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to freeway to get to Downtown and beaches. Good value for money

Communication with the host went over with ease. They're easily accessible for any questions or needs. The guest home was much cleaner than a good deal of hotel rooms I've seen lately. Full kitchen was a plus (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, coffee pot, dishes, utensils, full size sink...). The couch is a futon and the bedroom has a queen sized bed. It was perfect for a couple with one child. We each had our own tvs for each sleeping space and access to streaming apps/wifi. I had no problems with the wifi or electronics. The check in/check out instructions are very clear. No contact between host is required at any point if you don't need it. I only needed to stay one night, but I could've stayed a week or more and been just as comfortable. It's about the size of a 1 bedroom apartment. The neighborhood was relatively quiet and you have the added benefit of being able to park in the yard (on pavers) so that you don't not have to fight for parking on the street. It's was enough room for my full size sedan to pull in and out easily. It's about 20 minutes away from each of the three places I wanted to go (Hollywood, Montebello, South LA). Freeway access is nearby. If you don't want to pay an arm and a leg to stay on the beach, you're still close enough to get there shortly from this location as well.

My friends and I had a great stay here, perfect size for the 3 of us and relatively close to some great spots! We would definitely stay here again, great price, very clean, and hosts were very accommodating and helpful!
