About this house rental
Beautiful private home just 9 steps from your private beach. This newly constructed home features 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with an outdoor shower to comfortably accommodate 10 people. The primary bedroom is on the first floor and features a king bed, smart T.V. and ensuite bath with a large walk-in double shower. Also on the first level, the second and third bedrooms both offer king beds, walk in closets, smart T.V.'s and share a full-size jack and jill bathroom.
The second level offers a spacious room with 2 queen beds and a large private full bath, 2 dormer windows overlooking the Sea of Abaco.
Fully equipped kitchen, including large island (seats 4), stainless steel appliances, electric stove and oven, coffee maker, wine and beverage cooler, air fryer, bullet blender and much more. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room with full size Samsung washer and dryer.
Separate dining area holds a large Pottery Barn table that seats up to 10 people. Dine in comfort and luxury with views of the ocean through French doors that open to the veranda.
This living room boosts two large 8x9 ft Tri-fold doors that open to the veranda creating an indoor/outdoor space to capture the ocean breeze while relaxing on 2 full size sofas, 2 comfy over-sized chairs with large ottomans, 75" smart T.V. with bar area below.
The outdoor features an expansive veranda that stretches the length of the home. Relax and enjoy the ocean breeze or take 9 steps down the walkway to your private soft white sandy beach.

From the beginning, the responses from the owner were excellent.
Photos on VRBO are great, but walking in this house and we were amazed at the beauty of the house, the view thru all the doors/windows out back and the back porch. This house has everything you need.
Easily accommodated 2 families.
The beach at the house was excellent. And the back porch has a great view.
If you want to walk to the sandbar, you can be there in 5 minutes or less. We enjoyed our private little beach area behind the house and the sandbar just up the road.
Treasure Cay was a great relaxing trip for our families. We will be back!

Everything about our stay was amazing! We had our family of 5 there, and we could not have been more comfortable. Steve was a great host and checked in throughout the week to make sure everything was going well. We enjoyed our vacation so much and are already wanting to plan next year’s trip to Skip to the Cee Cee. Thank you Steve!

Cannot say enough about this house. Absolutely beautiful and set up was perfect for our family that has 3 teen/teen adult kids and their friends. Beautiful open living area/kitchen/dining! Opens out to cozy deck with open water view. Trip too short. Ready to go back to Skip to the Cee Cee!! Even better than pictures which are really good to begin with! Amazing trip!! We had a wonderful time! Steve went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could possibly need. This home was beautiful inside and out! So much fun to be had without even leaving the house. Would absolutely recommend this home to friends and family. Will absolutely book again!

My family of five enjoyed the comfort of Skip to the Cee Cee just feet from the ocean side. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed, with amazing king sized beds, big soft lounging furniture, lots of soft blankets and a wide array of relaxing deck chairs. The yard and beach were well kept and cared for. The owners provided tons of useful information regarding the home, Treasure Cay and Great Abaco prior to our travels and during our stay. They were prompt to respond to communications and follow up on any outstanding questions. The boat captain they recommended was fantastic and we spent half of our stay exploring and fishing with him. If we venture back to Great Abaco, we will definitely rebook Skip to the Cee Cee!

We have stayed in many homes in beautiful places, but this house and owners were absolutely perfect! The owners are very informative! The house outside is so beautiful and relaxing. The house is very stocked and extremely clean! Must stay here if in the Abacos!! Thank you!

Skip to the Cee Cee was exceptional in all regards. Beautiful house in a beautiful location with everything you need to enjoy the Bahama beach and the water. The house was well equipped and very comfortable for our 3 families. Indoor and outdoor seating was perfect for our large group and the kitchen easily handled our group. It was very helpful to have lots of supplies left by the owners and previous renters. We did the same. Instructions and tips were clear and useful and the communications with owner was exceptional. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was perfect in all regards. The home is in a beautiful location, right on the water, and the house was impeccably decorated and very comfortable. The owners were very friendly and extremely helpful. We hope to stay there again next year.

Owners thought of just about everything for this gorgeous home! It was meticulously stocked with essentials like soap, laundry detergent, toilet tissue, paper towels, etc. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The views were stunning!!! We would certainly visit again.

This is a very comfortable house with an amazing view of the turquoise waters of the Bahamas. The beach is steps away and the sound of the ocean fills the house. We spent the hot part of the day under the porch and the nights under the stars in the yard. The beach club is a pleasant walk away down the amazing treasure cay beach. The area is not very developed so be aware that this isn’t for you if you want to eat out or are looking for night life. It’s just what we wanted.

House is BETTER than what's shown in the pictures! The home was very clean and cozy, just steps from your own private beach! The house has beach chairs we were allowed to use. The private beach is beautiful. During our week-long stay we never saw anyone walk by. Steve was very kind and very attentive to any of our questions. An all-around wonderful experience with the home and the host. Thank you Steve.

We recently stayed with another family over Christmas last December. We were a total of 8 people and our kids ranged from ages 15-18. Steve and Tracee were wonderful and made our booking process and stay very easy providing us with all the information we needed and even arranged our transportation to and from the airport. The home, which was just rebuilt after Hurricane Dorian, was perfect. There was plenty of room for all of us to comfortably relax and hang out and the great room opened up to the yard right on the beach. The location was great and we were able to bike or were just a short golf cart ride to the couple of restaurants that we frequented. The kitchen was fully stocked and our families did a lot of cooking and baking since we were there over the holidays. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Steve and Tracee were also very attentive to make sure that we were enjoying our stay and checking to see if there was anything else that we needed. We will definitely be back to Treasure Cay and staying in the same house again. Wouldn't change a thing! Thanks so much!

We were very happy with our stay here. Communication with the property owner was excellent. The house was beautifully rebuilt after the hurricane, and whoever decorated it did a wonderful job. It has all of the amenities and kitchen items you would expect in a nice home, and we made most of our meals there since there aren't many restaurant options in the area. We had three couples, no kids, and the living room had plenty of room for all of us to hang out. The furniture is as comfy as it looks in the pictures. And the view is absolutely gorgeous!! It was so nice to open the sliding glass doors and enjoy the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves. If we go back to Treasure Cay we would definitely stay here again!
