Comfortable!

Everything is designed for the convenience of guests: 1. it is very easy to find the building and enter it 2. when we arrived, the air conditioning was on and there was cool water in the refrigerator from the hostess. 3. perfect cleanliness 4. huge bathroom 5. very close to the bus stop. in short, everything is as it should be.

Nice hotel @ friendly staff. Good stay for 3 nights

Staff very friendly & helpful, nice size room, regular buses to city (20mins), clean

WiFi not very strong, but still ok. Big let down was the air con - basically did not cool the room, just blowing coolish air.

Two nights in Ljubljana

Close to the stadium. Large room. Very clean. Free parking. Accommodating and kind host.

A bit far away from the city center but it is possible to take a bus and be at the heart of the city in 10 minutes.

I would really recommend if you are looking for a good value for money place in Lubiana.

The staff was very polite, very welcoming and actually recommended us a few places to eat traditional Slovenian food. We really loved the restaurant he recommended and the room was very clean, pretty large and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was super fast working so that’s a plus.

Very nice room, it's odd that it only has one pic, but the room is nice. It has a desk, a bed, few lights and a very large bathroom

Plenty to improve. Bathroom was not clean (floor was sticky) and the AC unit... I don't know. Most of hte other comments will say the AC unit was useless, I kinda got hte same feeling but at the same time got the reverse problem. It rained on my second night and I had no way to turn it off. I set the panel thingy to 30c and it was still giving off cold air.

Extra bed was way too hard. Single beds were too small. Heating was one despite warm Summer temperatures outside.

A very pleasant and clean room with comfortable parking.

Very easy accessibility to parking and a spacious parking lot. The room was clean and modern. The staff was very helpful and the issue with sockets was fixed in 15 minutes.

Exceptional

Fantastic communication, quiet area, premium setting and very modern hotel building. The self-checking was very helpful and we were very comfortable in the room which had a large bathroom and bed. Just 15 minutes bus ride from the center (buses are frequent)

Great hosts, comfortable room, good location

The hosts are great! They are really responsive and they do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. The location is a bit far out from the center, but it is right on the main road into town and not that far from the airport. Really easy to get to and in a good neighborhood.

The only problem we had was that it seems like the AC was out on the entire third floor. It wasn't hot yet, but it got pretty uncomfortable on the third floor. We had to sleep with the windows open, but the apartment looks out over a really busy street. There wasn't anything the hosts could do about it, though, so it wasn't their fault. Just travel with good earplugs!

A few bags of tee and some instant caffe would be good if the water boiler is already there. :)

Apartment owner explained everything and was very kind. And apartment was clean and tidy.

Water pressure from the shower wasnt good.

Very good

The apartment is only 4 km far from Lubiana; it's nice and has a lot of extra comforts (fridge and a private garage). The owner is very kind and he also has given to us a lot of tips about the city and how to arrive there. Really recommended!

Poor value for price

The host was friendly and accommodating. Location has easy access to downtown by car. Room/bathroom looked modern and tidy as in the photos. Heater and water heater worked well. Bed was comfortable despite the smell.

Urine smell upon entry to the room. Black mold in shower and sink. Bed/bed sheets smelled lived in and towels smelled stale. No trash bin in the room.

Good value for money.

Well kept. has everything one might need. Quite spacious. A supermarket and a slob right next to the property. There’s also a cafe right below if you want to have coffee.

It was a little further away from the city than I thought but nothing drastic. A 20 min bus ride to the centre. Buses are quite frequent as well.

For that price and a week it was fine

Bed was comfortable, bathroom modern, bus and bike station very close, Lidl very close, easy check-out

There was chewing gum on the remote, Wifi didn‘t work at all, next to a noisy street (okay with earplugs) just good to know: fridge is quite small No cleaning equipment, but they offered me to clean up inbetween (unfortunately bit too late)
