About this apartment rental
This is a condo to truly enjoy living in, both indoors and outdoors, in one of the most scenic locations in the area.
Beautiful, well furnished, first floor, newly remodeled 1 bedroom condo with view of Mobile Bay and downtown Mobile. Large deck opens onto large green space with live oak trees with spanish moss. Exterior wall of living/dining room is all glass for the view and sliding glass door to the large deck, or pull the curtains for privacy. Appreciate the tongue and groove wood ceilings in the kitchen and the bath, and designer tile in the bath. Enjoy your coffee on the deck with your wonderful view, and the sounds of birds singing. Enjoy large screen TV's mounted on wall of living room and bedroom along with high speed internet. In warm seasons enjoy the two swimming pools.
For pet owners: One or two dogs accepted with a $25 pet fee per night. No cats permitted. When registering, click on the "Travelers" box, then select “Pets” “yes” (and also confirm the number of adults and children). Please send a note to owners while booking to give breed, size and age of dogs as we reserve the right to approve pets and maintain the high quality of our home. Pets must be confined in a crate at times when owners are not in the chalet with their pets.
The condo is conveniently located: 1 mile from I-10, 8 miles from Fairhope, 9 miles to downtown Mobile, and 37 miles to Gulf Shores. Grocery stores (Publix and Rouses) and many restaurant and shopping choices are nearby.
The Condo is walking distance to Panini Pete’s new restaurant “The Waterfront” next to the Daphne City Boat Launch, both located on Yacht Club Drive down the hill on the Bay. Only two blocks away is the Eastern Shore Trail for biking, jogging, and walking. Also nearby is the Daphne Bay Front Park, with boardwalks through the wetlands and a pier for fishing, and historic Village Point Park Preserve, which is home to the Jackson Oak, the oldest living live oak tree in Alabama. The tree is 95 feet tall with a 28' foot circumference.

Cute little condo tucked into a cozy corner. We had a nice view from the patio where I sat enjoying coffee and listening to birds in the morning. The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable for our 6 day stay. The extra lrg King sized bed was super comfortable and the condo was very quiet. If there were neighbors above or below us we didn’t know it. The parking lot was good and we never had to park far from the unit and the whole area felt safe. We walked down to the waterfront and saw an alligator in the bay, watched seagulls, pelicans and dolphins and just had a peaceful, pleasant time. I would recommend this condo if you are looking for something in Daphne.

We enjoyed the condo, it was clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Even though it is June, we spent every morning and evening sitting on the back patio enjoying the tranquility and beauty of the property. We walked 2 times over to the Waterfront restaurant for dinner. We would recommend this rental and return when coming back.

The condo was clean and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and I really appreciated the decor. I felt like I was staying in a nice resort. Everything from the patio to the dining area were perfect and loved the coffee station! And it has probably one of the best views of the bay as well as overlooks several beautiful live oaks. Enjoyed listening to the birds every morning. Definitely plan on coming back.!

With cleanliness, a super comfy bed, and all the amenities, there was only peace of mind during our weekend visit. The hosts were readily available and made us feel welcome. The condo was very cozy and clean. The hosts had nice touches like a start amount of coffee, sampoo even a few snacks. They even had info on what to do in the area. The email had all the info you needed not only for the condo but the area. The location was great and quite. Would definitely recommend and if ever in the area again would stay again

This was our second visit and the hosts and accommodations were as gracious and generous as before. We enjoyed the convenient location with easy on and off access to I-10 to travel to Mobile or the Gulf Coast. Our peaceful mornings began with coffee on the private deck with a view of lovely oaks and Bay sights. We look forward to our next trip and this will be our first choice of where we stay.

It was convenient to Mobile and Biloxi where we visited relatives and friends. The condo was well placed so we had views of the water and z mobile skyline. We loved the time spent.

The apartment is perfect! We came for 5 nights and everything was great! Really well equipped with complementary little bottles for shower and hairwashing in bathroom, coffeemachine and Keurig, microwave and toaster, huge deck with unbelievable view on Mobile Bay at sunset. From the moment we arrived we decided to stay longer, but it wasalready too late

THE CONDO WAS NEAT AND CLEAN AND EVERYTHING THAT WE WANTED.. IT WAS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, THERE WERE REALY NICE NEIGHBORS, THE SUNSET WAS AWESOME. WE SLEPT GREAT. THE TOWELS AND SHEETS WERE VERY NICE AND IT WAS OBVIOUS THE OWNERS CARED TO MAKE OUR STAY WONDERFUL.. WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE.
