Whether you are looking for a relaxing weekend or a fun filled adventure at the Lake of the Ozarks, we have the perfect place for you. This Ledges condo is conveniently located on the 21 mile marker in the heart of Osage Beach. This unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that allow you to comfortably sleep 8. Enjoy the waterfront view from a spacious covered deck that includes furniture and a grill for additional seating and dining. You will have access to the two pools, a sandy beach, a playground, and a 10x30 boat slip rental (available for $30 per day - send inquiry to the host) on the protected cove side of the complex.
The updated kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertops with bar seating, and all cooking essentials are included. The open floor plan to the living area creates a great gathering space for cooking, game nights, or movie watching. Enjoy your down time with free wifi which can be utilized by all of the Smart televisions that are not only in the living room, but in every bedroom as well.
The master bedroom is fully furnished with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, a private bathroom with an updated tiled walk-in shower, and sliding door access to the covered deck. The second bedroom offers a queen bed while the third guest bedroom sleeps 4 with a queen-size bed and twin bunks. The updated guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo with custom tile surround and tile floor. There is no need to worry, the necessities are provided: including linens, towels, hand soaps, toilet tissue, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent for the full size washer and dryer located within the unit.
The abundance of fun that the lake has to offer is conveniently located nearby. You are minutes from activities including mini golf, go-kart tracks, trampoline park, shopping, wineries, lakeside restaurants, and the Bagnell Dam Strip. The Ledges is conveniently located near boat and jet ski rentals for additional fun on the lake, state parks to enjoy the natural beauty of the Ozarks, and some of the most incredible golf courses in the state. The Ledges is also only 2 miles from Lake Regional Hospital for any emergent needs.

We had an amazing time at this property. Everything was very clean and nice. Sandra was great to talk with and super informative. We loved bringing our boat there. Only thing is, you can’t leave trailer at condo so we had to find a place to store last minute. Would highly recommend!

We take our teenage granddaughters on a summer vacation every year. This year we picked LOTO. I found this condo and it was perfect. We needed 2 beds/2baths and a large patio. It was also in a central location to everything for the holiday week. It was very roomy and clean. We had most everything we needed. Most VRBO's we stay have coffee, and bathroom soaps/shampoos/conditioners so we failed to bring any. Easy fix, the stores are close by. Highly recommend!

I've stayed at The Ledges several times now and this was my favorite one! The host was very nice and responsive. View of the docks and location was great. Nice furniture inside and out . Loved the shower in the Master Bathroom. Everything was clean and modern.

Had a great girls trip for some much needed Rest and Relaxation. Condo was very clean and just as described. Close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the quiet balcony especially at sunset.

Very clean and comfortable unit with a great view of the lake. Only issues were ceiling fans that we couldn't figure out how to turn on and no cleaning brush for the electric grill. Other than those everything else we needed was available. I would recommend this property.

House is one cove over from red heads and close to so many other fun water locations. Easy check in and out, also the host is easy to get ahold of if needed. Awesome house in a great location.

Loved the location of the condo. Having the beach on property was great. We also enjoyed using the two swimming pools. Staying inside the cove was also nice because it was a bit quieter than being on main channel. Condo could use a little updating especially on the balcony. The carpet needs to be replaced as do the sliding doors which are hard to move. New furniture on balcony would also be great. Otherwise the apartment was beautiful and we'll be back to the property again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We had a party of 4 adults and 3 teens. We all loved the condo. Plenty of room inside for everyone. Comfortable beds, very clean, all working appliances. Great view of the lake. Plenty of seating on the patio. We were there Monday-Friday late July. It was a friendly, family crowd around the beach. Quite atmosphere at night. Condo sits in the middle of an approximate 1/4 mile of no wake zone. So the kids were able to safely take their inflatable kayaks out and explore several times. Everything we wanted to do in the area was within a 25 minute drive time. We found a day boat rental, the strip for ice cream, Go carts and mini-golf, and cave exploring. We all loved this trip!

We really enjoyed this spacious, beautiful condo. The color scheme was so soothing. We appreciated there were only a few stairs to get to this unit. We would usually stay off Bittersweet but these units seemed newer/fresher with much less traffic. We were only a few minutes from the strip, shopping, Dog Days, Redhead and Shorty Pants. The deck was wonderfully shaded in the morning to enjoy coffee. The cove was very quiet until about 10 a.m. There was a lot of activity at the pools and beach too. Very relaxing. The owner was very responsive also. She replied within minutes to answer any questions. Thank you. Hope to see you next summer.

Sandra was an amazing host. The condo was close to the water, so there wasn't a lot of stair climbing. She made it very convenient for us and if we needed anything, she responded very quickly and was happy to help. The condo was equipped with everything that we needed for our short stay, and she also had a slip for us to rent. We will definitely rent from her again.
