Small gatherings/quiet parties are permitted, but noise must be kept to a minimum starting at 11PM.
No smoking of any kind inside the property. There is a $250 penalty for smoking within the property.
Pick up & dispose of properly after your pets do their business. This is the responsibility of the pet owner.
It is located 40 minutes from Auburn University’s campus & Jordan-Hare Stadium, 41 minutes from Tiger Town in Opelika, & 42 minutes from RTJ Golf Trail at Grand National.-- THE PROPERTY --
