Inside, an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and wood accents throughout will greet you. To your right, the living area boasts a comfortable sectional and armchair surrounding a smart TV. From here, you can either access the well-appointed deck or the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully appointed with all major appliances, including a dishwasher for a breezy post-meal clean up. The adjoining dining table seats up to five people comfortably and there are four extra stools at the breakfast bar. This floor also hosts a private bedroom with direct access to the deck and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower and a jetted tub. The laundry room is also located on this floor. You'll find three bedrooms and a shared bathroom upstairs. The largest bedroom of all features a smart TV, board games, a three-person table, and a space heater. THINGS TO KNOW Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Location is great. Short walk to the beach. House was clean. Big enough rooms for 5 adults with spouses plus 2 infants. The bathtub in the downstairs bathroom didn’t work so made it a little challenging for the kids but showers were fine. Hot tub and fire pit were nice to have at the house. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances but fridge/freezer weren’t very good at keeping things cold (ice cream melted) and we checked the settings. Overall would recommend this place for large groups, plenty of space.

Wonderful time with family from Idaho and Washington. House easily fit 12. Great half way point to explore the coast. The beach is within walking distance.

This place was super clean and had plenty of room for our friends and family. Everyone loved the house and found the kitchen well equipped. The proximity to the beach was wonderful and the hot tub was amazing. We'll be back - Thank you again!

This beach house was really lovely. Clean tidy, lots of space for everyone and a very short walk to the ocean on a great beach! It would have been given a 5 star overall except for no screens on most windows. Without air conditioning it would been nice. We did open the windows regardless and had no issues with bugs or flying things. The back bedroom has 4 singles and a double bed. Great for kids not for teens or adults as you have to come through a bedroom to get to the main house and bathroom. Everything was present that we could have asked for in a house. We'll stocked with towels, dishes pots pans etc and spices. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and very quiet. If you stay here and need anything at all, go to the dollar store! They have way more than the Grocery store!!! Over all 4.5 stars! I highly recommend!
