Nice stay.

Nice location, very near to car parks and town centre.

Noise from rooms upstairs, very loud through the floor.

Fabulous!

Really Wonderful location in the centre of Penzance and very convenient. Very well presented upon arrival and very clean. Had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed our stay and the owners were very flexible with our needs.

We had a bit of a problem with the lock accessing the stairwell to the property where it would lock us out - so had to leave it unlocked for prolonged periods of time. Not a major problem as there was an additional lock on our door - but it was a bit disconcerting. However the property owner was very communicative throughout this process and hopefully this is already resolved for future guests.

The hotel enjoys a good location; however, the room is too cold, and the bathroom is not good

The location is very good, near station.

The host of this hotel is a nice person, but I had a very uncomfortable two nights. There are three significant issues with the hotel that really need to be addressed: 1. The room, being on the ground floor, is very cold, and the radiator is quite small. I stayed for two nights; the first night I woke up freezing at approximately 4 am. The next day, I asked the host to turn up the heating, but I still ended up waking up cold in the middle of the night. The heating seems ineffective, and it's genuinely very cold in the room. 2. The water temperature control in the bathroom is not functioning properly. When showering, the water temperature sometimes becomes scalding hot and then suddenly cold. I think these two aspects of the hotel really need improvement to make it suitable for guests. 3、Need better cleanliness.The bedside table is covered with a layer of dust and is not clean.It appears as if the bedside table hasn't been wiped for a long time.

Good basic room near train station

Everything you need, compact room, tea and coffee and a fridge. Shower. Bed was comfy.

Wasn't very soundproof, could head some of the movement and goings on upstairs. It didn't bother me too much but might bug others. Shower wasn't so great, water didn't get very hot. Lots of construction in Oxford at the moment walk from railway station is difficult to find the pathway under a bridge. But not too far to walk, just congested and unexpected.

Great location and really well equipped.

The property had a great location, very close to Oxford railway station, but in quiet residential street. It was very handy to have a fridge available, and the price was excellent by Oxford standards. We have stayed before and will come back.

We couldn't turn on the radiator in the room (although we aren't the most technical people in the world so this might have been our ineptitude rather than anything else!)

Good

The bed was superb. And the curtains were adorable.

The people upstairs were quite loud that night. And the shower was difficult to adjust temperature wise (most likely a broken valve 😩)

Pleasant

The instructions received on the morning of arrival on how to pick up the keys were clear - and worked well.

The location of the property close to the station is as advertised. What I wasn't prepared for was the appearance of the road it is in. The rubbish collection lorry did it's duty right outside our room at 5ish in the morning (admittedly, it has to be done at some point). To be honest, with the room as it is, the owners have done everything they can to furnish it for a pleasant stay. I just felt that we paid way more than it is worth though.

I was satisfied with my stay!

I like the easy checkin process for the property and Yolanda was very nice.

The shower shifted between extremely hot and extremely cold no matter what heat setting it was adjusted to.

Exceptional

It has everything you need for a short stay, the room was really cosy and the bed is super comfy which is great after you've had a long day out. The fridge and microwave are also great additions as it means you don't have to go out every night to get food if you don't want to.

Basically the room is good!

The heater wasn’t working and I got a cold to stay there, I complained about it buy Yolanda said that the heater was working properly. my room was super cold. I found food on the refrigerator smelling really bad. The shower does not work, or it is super hot and Burn my skin or super cold. The place is a bit noise. I could not sleep. The bed was dirt and I found rice at the blankets.

The host provided detailed instructions on the day of the arrival, making the check-in and check-out a seamless experience. The room is located a bit off the main roads, and we found parking within an 10-minute walk.

It was very small, smaller than the photo implied. Not a flat but a small room with shower and a microwave.

Great little spot for a weekend in Cardiff. walking distance to everything. Did what it needed to do

pleasant little studio

it’s nice to have access to a refrigerator, bowls and utensils (including dish washing stuff). Courteous host.

since it’s new, the property could improve with larger luxury towels (not the small rough hotel ones) and herbal tea/green tea for those who don’t drink tea/coffee - this would match the style.
