Outdoor space includes a large, grassy lawn and a quiet, private patio, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Inside, modern updates meld seamlessly with the home’s original character. Expect hardwood floors, antique furnishings, and lots of cozy gathering spaces. The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of appliances, a butler’s pantry, and an eat-in table/island. A formal dining room, two living rooms, and two comfortable bedrooms, each filled with charming, eclectic decor, round out this floor. Upstairs you’ll find three more bedrooms, including one tucked into the eaves that the kids will love.

Just outside, and perfect for anyone looking for a bit more privacy, you’ll find the carriage house, with a kitchenette featuring a fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker, cozy living room with a gas fireplace, and a sleeping area. Finally, the whole group will love gathering in the garage-conversion game room, with a ping-pong table and basketball game. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
