Our whole time there was fantastic. Kathy and Liam were excellent hosts, the room was lovely, the facilities exceptional and the breakfast wonderful.

Because of our late arrival we couldn’t make better use of the facilities the venue has to offer.

Didn’t want to go home ⭐️

Five star experience hosted by a great and friendly couple.

Everything ! Beautiful bedroom and bathroom with a spacious separate lounge. Very clean and comfortable. Most of all extremely friendly hosts who go above and beyond to make your stay special. And a great breakfast ! Separate bar area outside together with a hot tub which we did not have time to sample.

this is a fabulous property hosted by lovely people. wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others.

the hosts were amazing, and the room was beautiful. outdoor area also so lovely especially enjoyed a pre breakfast hot tub dip! breakfast was delicious and hosts were kind enough to move it outside for us to enjoy the early morning sunshine! it was a heatwave and whilst still very hot in our room, they supplied us with a fan which was very welcome given the hot night!

nothing we didn’t like!! only minor improvement could be the mattress in our room which we found slightly hard for us (but everyone is different so appreciate impossible to please everyone!)

Lovely stay in a well located venue

A beautiful location, perfectly situated for the fine dining experiences in the village of Aughton (just 3min by taxi or a 25min walk through some lush countryside). Alpacas in the next field look across to you, there are several areas where you can sit and relax or listen to music / watch TV and the proprieters are very friendly and helpful. Even got a list when the taxi was running late. Lovely breakfast with generous portions, too.

The hot tub wasn't working on the day we went - not a big deal to us, but may have been for a larger party. Sounds like it was a one off anyway as it had been used recently.
