Property of 65 sqm, divided into living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. Living room equipped with double sofa bed, folding table with 4 chairs and SmartTV. Bedroom 1 with single bunk bed and split air conditioning. Bedroom 2 with double bed, wardrobe and split air conditioning. Bedroom 3 with QUEEN double bed, split air conditioning, SmartTV (no cable TV or antenna) and chest of drawers with 4 drawers to store clothes. Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, 2 electric stoves (induction), coffee maker, sandwich maker, and basic cooking equipment. Bathroom with electric shower. Basic cable TV and Wi-Fi Internet included in the price.
WE PROVIDE WHITE BEDDING AND BATHLINESS, BLANKETS AND PILLOWS.
Bedroom windows facing a busy street, NOT RECOMMENDED for people very sensitive to noise.
