Perfect stay for visit to York.

The location was brilliant, communications were faultless. Upon arrival, we found the flat ready for us. It has everything you could require for a trip. Access was easy. Bed was comfortable. If you do choose to walk into york, please note that it is somewhere around 20 minutes. However there are frequent bus services running a few minutes from the property. All round definitely somewhere that we would recommend.

An excellent place for a weekend or week in York!

The hosts were amazing and so helpful - they went above and beyond! They provided me with a lot of information about buses into the centre and were so friendly. They were also very flexible, as I arrived much later than I originally planned. The property is a garden lodge so completely separate from the host's house - the facilities were great and a perfect location for the university campus. They also provided parking on site, which was a bonus.

Comfortable, clean and cozy flat! Good location, walking distance from the university, convenient to reach the city center by multiple public transport options. Host were really welcoming as well!

The location is very close to the centre a couple of minutes walk from the bus stop and cheap for a Uber back. Owners are very helpful. It's clean and comfortable and has everything you need. Really enjoyed the stay and would recommend. Will return in future.

A good choice - close to the uni in Heslington

Andy welcomed us with a cold soda which was a great help on a very hot day. The place was very clean, well-laid out- perfect for our stay. The location was perfect for us with the university so close.

Everything was fantastic and the flat itself was well decorated and kept and everything you could need was there. We had a lovely time and would stay again.

Lovely stay, convenient location, friendly owners. Would recommend.

This place is basically a little granny flat type stay. The owner was very friendly and informative. Met us as we pulled into the driveway to show us how to access the place and helped us out telling us how to get to the city centre and which bus to take etc. The place was clean and tidy and spacious enough for us with two very large bags.

The WiFi was a bit hit and miss so I could only a use my laptop in the living room but not the bedroom which wasn’t a huge issue anyway.

Lovely accommodation with a friendly host.

The location was really close to the University which I had a training course for, more facilities than I actually expected for example a fridge, and it was decorated to a really high standard.

Sofa needed a little bit of a clean.

We loved everything about our stay, the effort that was put into the special request was very much appreciated and the list of items provided was endless. We packed so much the night before but arrived and realised that we couldve came empty handed and still had everything we needed provided for us.

very comfortable, spacious and everything you could ask for really. Better than most hotels and b&b’s we have stayed in. Very easy to get to the city centre via bus which was only a couple of minutes from the property.

Excellent and super modern self contained appartement couple mins walk to bus stop going straight into the centre of York or if your a walker 35 mins to centre. great little cafe just round the corner for breakfast lunch great hosts who gave us some great information we will definitely be staying here again wish we could give it more than ten out of ten.

Friendly hosts, safe and convenient accommodation and all the comforts of home made this an excellent choice.

It was spacious, clean, well equipped and had designated parking.

No terrestrial tv but there were online channels available.

A comfortable stay in a great space and only a short bus ride away from the centre

we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. we liked having access to a kitchen so we could self cater. Jayne and Andy were very helpful and kind.

Hidden Gem in York

What a hidden Gem .I arrived before time and within 10 minutes Andy arrived and spent a good 15 minutes telling me all I needed to know and even discussing England changes in the World Cup. This is a super clean ,very quiet apartment loaded with everything you need,very hot water and very good heating . . So close to the town centre . I really enjoyed my stay with super friendly hosts.. I would highly recommend you stay here , see much better than a hotel. Thank you Andy and Jayne excellent service from start to finish ..

There was nothing to dislike at all about our stay here. The gentleman who greeted us, sorry, I didn't get your name, was so friendly. He showed us everything in the property, gave recommendations of where to eat and gave tips on travelling to and from the city centre. If I can guarantee this will be available on our next visit, I will most definitely re-book.
