Sister property to Frankie's Waterfront House and Phoebe's Waterfront Lake House with over (77) 5-star reviews. This home was a total remodel and designed by Columbus parade of homes winner, Manor Homes. A high, vaulted ceiling with an open floor plan makes this home feel very spacious. Enjoy the brand new black stainless steel appliances while preparing your favorite meals in our open kitchen. Look to your right and watch our rotatable 65" flat screen tv and large marble fireplace. If that didn't get you excited, then open the 4 panels, glass-sliding Windoor to make the home open to the water. It almost makes the house feel like a convertible! Don't worry about bugs once you open the big window doors. Take advantage or the large full length window screen. Sit on the deck with high-end furniture and enjoy the best views of Indian Lake. You are less than 20 feet from the water. Take advantage of our 2022 new grill with propane. We try to maintain full propane but in event it’s empty, there is a refill station at Lakeview Hardware. (10 minutes away) Send us the receipt for full reimbursement.
In the Master bedroom, the Queensize West Elm Bed overlooks the water with a private sliding door that opens to the deck and lake. The guest bedroom features Custom Queen Bunkbeds designed by Created Hardwood! Ask for details.
Each room features its own flat-screen TV!
The West Elm L shake couch features a comfortable hide abed.
Rent a boat and hook up to our Dock, (during spring through fall months) or our sea wall with dock cleats during late-early spring. Bumpers for your boat are highly recommended as we are not responsible for boat damage.

The house was great for my parents needing a 1 floor living space. Well stocked and decorated. The owner Phil was a pleasure to rent from. Thank you for your hospitality.

We loved the minimalist modern design of the interior and the fireplace to add the coziness factor. It was March so not very warm weather but views of lake were still spectacular. We could imagine tying up the boat to the dock and having the kids fish and swim right off the back deck. Will be back with the kids during the warmer months.

We'd highly recommend this home! The location is perfect - right on the lake with amazing views, and close to stores and activities. The upkeep and details inside were very well done. This is one of the best homes we have stayed at in years. Finally, working with the hosts is a breeze and they are extremely quick to respond.

My family and I had a great stay at the lakehouse. The inside is modern with a large kitchen countertop and great open living area. Very close to the water and great for sunsets. Would recommend to others.

Roxie's was newly renovated and worked perfectly for our family gathering. Phil, our host, communicated with me from the beginning and throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. It was so nice to enjoy our time with family and to grill out, relax, and enjoy the lake views, especially the sunsets which were so beautiful! I would highly recommend this lakehouse!!

Stayed for the weekend with my family…house is beautiful and clean and beds are comfortable. Lake view super relaxing. Check in was a breeze and Phil was super accommodating and communicative throughout. Highly recommend!

Right on the water. Lovely lake view. Modern decor could use some "homey" touches. Basic amenities provided. Comfortable beds. Quaint town with some good food and great donuts. During the off-season, everything is closed on Monday and Tuesday. Wish we knew that before our Sun - Tues stay!!

We simply loved this pup friendly place! Directly on the water with a beautiful deck, and large, beautiful floor to ceiling sliding doors that allowed the picturesque view of the lake into the room. Sunsets were amazing. Everything was super clean, and there was everything we needed, including a gas grill. The fireplace was amazing, and so was all the furniture and decor. Great location and very quiet. Communication with the owner was superb. It was very easy to use the lock box and parking was right in front of the home. Would highly recommend. Five stars all the way around! Thank you!

We rented Roxie's Lake House for our week long visit with local family over the holidays and it was perfection. More than enough room for my sister and brother to join us, and the home is perfectly appointed, right down to the williams sonoma hand soap and extra coffee pods for the keurig. And if the views of the lake (and the snow and ice moving over it) weren't already stunning, we were welcomed by a Christmas tree and other thoughtful decorations throughout the home -- making for several evenings of twinkling lights by the gas fire. We also appreciated Phil's checking in with us on our travels and entry, even at the loss of time to his holidays. It can be hard to find a home away from home that welcomes travelers with pets, so finding accommodations that welcomed our puppers and felt so luxurious was a joy! We will back!

Great stay and property! Very modern and cozy, located at the end of a quiet street. The outside is sleek and modern, inside is open and welcoming. Plenty of natural light with a picture perfect view of the lake. I enjoyed snuggling up on the couch with the fireplace. Phil was very welcoming and easy to communicate with throughout my stay. The surrounding area was beautiful, especially with the fall colors. I recommend Cranberries restaurant, Fion winery, and Lapizzeria for take out. I will definitely be back!

Very nice and relaxing few days with beautiful sunsets. Our family had a cottage on Orchard Island back in the 70’s-90’s. A lot of family memories with our own families were created back then. Enjoyed going to all the old haunts - Tilton Hilton, Cranberry Resort, Hinkle Donuts, Fox Island, Old Field Beach, Spillway

Spent 4 days here and it was awesome. The views are beautiful, the house is completely updated and was perfect for 5 people. Rented a pontoon for a couple days and couldn’t have been happier with the property.

This lake house is gorgeous with all high end finishes and well equipped kitchen. Great to go by yourself or with girl friends or with family. The floor to ceilings windows open across the entire back of the house with views to lake. It doesn't get better than that with corn hole, fishing and swimming and boating. I definitely would go back.

This beautiful place has all the amenities of home with great access to the lake which is literally steps from the back door. It was a great place to have some fun during the day and relax on the deck by the water in the evening. Do yourself a favor and book this rental now! You won’t be sorry.

This was everything a vacation rental should be.
Great interior and exterior design, finishes, furnishings, and amenities. Clean and comfortable.
This is a great house for a lakeside escape. The lake is framed by wall-to-wall sliding doors which open to the porch and then dock. We didn't leave the house for the entire stay enjoying the water and wildlife that came right to our dock.
The hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating during our stay as well!
