This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, top-floor condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, twin-over-twin Murphy bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features beautiful views of Keystone Lake and the surrounding mountains through oversized windows. Ideally located in Lakeside Village, you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities. The walking path is just outside the building and will take you to a variety of amenities on the lake. The East Lake clubhouse, just a short walk from the back door, is included in your stay. It offers an indoor swimming pool hot tub, sauna, bathrooms and an outdoor barbecue area.
The living area features updated hardwood flooring, a flat screen TV next to a beautiful gas fireplace, a picture frame window offering beautiful mountain and lake views, and vaulted ceilings. Enjoy game night with the whole family with a Wii, Wii games, and board games for guest use. There is a twin-over-twin Murphy bed and a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the living area and overlooks Keystone Lake with beautiful mountain views beyond. Watch the ducks swim by or the paddle boats float across the lake from the comfort of your own balcony.
The remodeled, full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and maple cabinets. Additionally, there is a breakfast bar with additional seating for two available. The dining area comfortably seats four and looks out over the lake through the picture frame window.
The bedroom features a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a flat screen TV. The bedroom has its own entrance to the guest bathroom and its own private single sink vanity. There is also ample space for storage. There is a folding crib for families traveling with babies in the closet. The full bathroom features quartz counter tops, brand new tiling and has a single sink vanity for guests. A door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
Please note this is a 4th floor unit. There is elevator in the building, but it is down for maintenance a couple times per year. There is one parking spot in the garage for guest use.

The unit needs to be inspected after guests leave. I know a cleaning crew comes in, but the unit should be inspected by the management company. There is a 6 hour window before guests arrive. The details matter. Upon arrival we had no ski locker keys and we did not receive a pool key until our last day. The radiator is falling apart. The cabinets and drawers in the kitchen are falling apart. The towel hook does not hang on the door correctly in the bathroom, it needs to be fixed. There are no chairs on the porch and no potholders in the kitchen. The fan is disgusting- it has not been cleaned. Finger prints on the TV and fridge, crumbs on the floor. There is a set of old blinds in the window that look like they would have fallen down if we used them. Something gross on the side of the couch. Sending a text asking if everything is ok is not sufficient. No one wants to be disturbed while they are on vacation. Things should just be done. That’s what guests expect. We are paying money to stay in a unit that should be maintained. Unit should be checked and updated and things should be fixed when they are broken. The details matter.

Great check-in experience. Made it fast and easy to pickup the keys and get in the room. Garage was great so we didn't have to remove ice/snow from the car. Loved the view of the lake and got my kids excited to ice skate. Good shuttle service to Keystone and good dining options. Big heated pool was great after a day in the snow.

I texted more than 24 hours in advance (per the management policy) to see if we could get an early check in for $15/hour. No response. I texted back when our flight landed to Inquire again. We did get a response at that point, but it was irritating to not know if we could check in early until the 11th hour. Especially with 2 little kids.
The instructions to use the garage were incorrect. After trying for a while, I figured out how to open it thru VRBO reviews. Only to find out our small car wouldn't fit.
The TV in the living area wouldn’t work. My kids get up around 6 am, and I planned to let them watch TV to buy me time to sleep in a bit. Since that wasn’t an option, we were all up bright and early. I texted management the first morning to let them know. Somebody finally came out to fix it around 4:30 pm the following day. So obviously, no sleeping in that day either.
The condo was extremely hot. 81 degrees, to be exact. We turned the heat off, tried turning on the air, and eventually left the door to the patio open in attempts to cool things down. Still stayed in the 80s. Management’s response was to crack a window. Didn’t work. Couldn’t sit on the balcony to cool down since both chairs were broken.
The bunk beds are horrible for kids. The railing isn’t attached. It comes out and is a terrible pinch/fall hazard.
The hair dryer worked for 1 minute at a time and would shut off for a good 10 minutes. I told management. No response. Wet hair in CO is far from ideal.

The space is modern and would be great for a family with no very young children. Had everything we needed to cook and great views of the lake. Proximity to the resort and the shuttle just out front were awesome.Issues:-There was a ton of snow (awesome of course) while we were here and our van didn't fit in the garage because of a storage cabinet. If you end up assigned parking space 8 like us and bring anything larger than a big sedan (we were in a Chrysler Pacifica minivan) they will basically tell you that you're out of luck and have to park outside.-The heating never consistently worked while we were there, even after maintenance claims to have stopped by while we were out. -At the time of our stay the listing said there was a folding crib and there wasn't one. Luckily because we were transferring to another rental without one after our stay here was over we had our pack and play for our 4-month old to sleep in. -The broken chairs on the balcony mentioned by a reviewer in I think February '24 were still broken. As mentioned by another reviewer with how much you're paying for these places you would expect better.

Location was perfect as the Keystone shuttle literally picked us up at the front door and were able to be to the lifts in 5 minutes. The property is well maintained, clean, and the description and guide book were accurate portrayals of the property. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a comfortable and nice place. However, you are away from the main lift and little town area. There are two restaurants, one gift shop and a bar within walking distance.The shuttle system is nice, but doesn't run on the exact schedule they have posted. (not a big deal)Overall it was a solid place to stay. However, it was a little annoying that half of the light bulbs were burnt out and the batteries in the TV remotes were dead. Easy fixes, sure. But for the prices these places charge, com'on. Also the garage door instructions weren't accurate and that caused some headaches.

Loved the location of this rental and it comfortably fit 2 adults and 2 kids. My teens had a blast on the ice rink all night. Easy check-in, and we found the place and the parking easily. Only slight feedback for improvement -- coffee available was very old and undrinkable, but hot tip there is a coffee shop in the lodge down the path that opens early so you can caffeinate before skiing. Also, the chairs on the balcony were broken so we couldn't use them. Otherwise, no complaints and would definitely stay again!

The location was great, and the condo was great as well. The neighborhood was incredibly safe and the view was spectacular. However, we experienced some issues. First off, the garage wouldn’t open and the property manager wasn’t any help getting it open. As a result, we had to keep our new car outside for our entire stay. The stove only had one working burner so not the end of the world but it was a little inconvenient. Also, there were so many unlabeled key cards that it was confusing which ones go to what. Overall, it was a great place. We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here again.

Everything was amazing. The condo is absolutely beautiful with amazing decor and is extremely clean. We had to run out for shampoo and conditioner at 9:30 at night because we couldn’t find any in the unit, but that was our only complaint. Only one towel was readily available, we had to call the property management company to see if they were other towels because our party of three people was sharing one the first night. We did find more towels after digging around. We should’ve packed our own shampoo so that isn’t a complaint on the property. Everything else was outstanding, just be sure to pack everything you’ll need. It was great overall. Thanks!

This condo was perfectly situated in the Keystone Lake area; right on the Silver line to Mt. House Lifts (less busy than Riverun, which is a perfect place to start your ski day) and with a picture perfect view of Keystone Lake. The condo had everything we needed for our little vacation, from cooking to indoor parking and ski locker. Can't say enough good things about this place!

This was our fourth year staying at this property and, as always, it was an excellent stay. Actually, this year was probably the best as checkin went very smoothly and they’ve added some amenities that made it even better. The bedding was updated to fresh white bedding, which we appreciate, there was an electric furnace, lots of extra blankets and pillows, many games in the unit, and a crockpot. It looked and felt quite clean upon arrival. Another great year!

We found this unit quite disappointing.1. That unit needs to be purged of extraneous items such as pillows, blankets & extra fans. 2. The unit needs a deep and thorough cleaning! 3. There is a lack of storage for suitcases. 4. There are a large number of steel tractor seat stools in the unit which are not comfortable and should be replaced or at least reduce the number.5. There are wires running up the wall to the TV. The TV is small and should be replaced with a TV sized for the viewing distance. The wires should be concealed within the wall.The electric baseboard heat does not work, the fireplace does not work properly and one of the stove burners does not come on. We heated the unit by turning on the oven and opening the oven door. The area rug under the coffee table is worn and dirty. It sheds fibers on your socks and should discarded. The unit is in need of a remodel.

Condo was just as describe. Perfect for my wife and I. Very clean and well maintained. Garage space is not big enough for anything larger that midsize SUV. For off season, out of the busier areas like Breckinridge, but still close enough to everything to do in the area. We enjoyed the peacefulness.

This property was exactly as pictured! The views are spectacular, it’s a short drive to bigger towns like Breckinridge. It is everything you need and then some. We loved walking our son around the lake at night and feeding the ducks and trout! Do not pass this property up!

Absolutely Amazing
My God, I don’t know where to start. This trip was intended to relieve the stress of this year, and rejuvenate us……it did just that and so much more. We caught the mountains just before the snow started to melt so the first day it was Snow White and gorgeous, the second day the snow had melted so the trees were visible but the third day the snow had came back in. We loved every minute, the unit had the perfect cabin/condo feel. The ski resort was literally down the street. We drove to Denver for all our other extracurriculars . I really hope this unit is available for our next family trip, I’m excited to bring our kids next time 🥰. I would love to see if I can do multiple units for my entire family.

We had such a great trip here and loved the view of the lake. We spent NYE here with our kids and they loved the bunk beds. We enjoyed being close to the ice skating rink and communication with the hosts were great. Highly recommend!!

We love staying at this property. It’s become a tradition and we keep going back because of the location, cleanliness, amenities, and communication with the owners.
