Our family stayed here for a couple nights and loved it. The apartment is beautiful and in a great location. Walkable to many restaurants and shops and a short drive from other attractions. Highly recommend.

My husband and I needed a little getaway and this spot was perfect. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and because it was in the downtown location made it convenient so we didn’t need to drive anywhere. The owner checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect. Being that it is winter time it wasn’t busy which is what we were looking for. It’s a place we would definitely like to return to.

In town visiting my daughter at UNH and this property had everything! The location was walking steps to everything Portsmouth has to offer! Highly recommend this property! Very clean and had everything we could need and more. Will definitely book again!

Stayed with some friends to enjoy the local shops and restaurants. This place was perfect for the four of us, convenient walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was clean, well appointed, and the host was extremely communicative and gave us great suggestions of places to check out in town. 10/10 recommend!

We had a wonerful time in Protsmouth. This apartment was located right in the heart of the town. walked to everything. Our host was wonderful and gave us great tips on where to eat. Would definetly return.

The 3 flights of stairs was a little hard on my mother-in-law and we also had heavy luggage. But, the location was superb and we loved the condo! Would definitely stay again when it’s just me and my husband.

This is a beautiful property, very clean, and central to the action. It can get loud at night, but my 23 year old daughter thought that was perfect. Everything was quiet by the time we went to bed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very clean and comfortable. The location is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Host was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with.

The perfect spot to take in the sights and sounds of Portsmouth. The property itself was spacious, welcoming, and clean. No amenity was overlooked and communication from the owner was excellent. The location is right downtown, within walking distance of the many shops and restaurants in the area. There is plenty of paid parking in the downtown area but since we didn't need our car, we parked in the free lot only a few blocks away. On the same street as this property, there is a breakfast place, a coffee shop, and a restaurant/bar (with live music). On the corner, the newly opened Hearth Food Eatery offered a welcoming, cozy space to hang and enjoy eat-in or takeout food and drinks. If time had allowed, the bridge to Kittery and York Beach, ME is literally only minutes away. Since our visit was quick, we plan to come back and would not hesitate to stay here again!

What an incredible treat to stay in the heart of our hometown! The property felt like a home, was clean and spacious, and offered the perfect balance of privacy and experience. We will return as often as possible. I highly recommend making this your home away from home in Portsmouth.

Darry has a wonderfully located loft apartment in walking distance to great dining and shopping. It was clean and had everything we needed to make this "home" during our stay. The noise level till 1:00 am the first night was bothersome but expected because of the location. I would personally bring a mattress pad for comfort if I stayed again. Recommend if you don't mind 3 flights of stairs. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Wonderful apartment located in downtown Portsmouth.

This is a beautiful condo in downtown Portsmouth. Walking distance to just about everything. There is a nice coffee shop downstairs and so many restaurants within minutes. We could hear the music from the Press Room both Friday and Saturday nights, but that's part of the charm of being downtown. Laurie C.

My husband and I rented this condo for our 15 year anniversary. Based on the pics it looked super cute. Well it was better then the we expected and the pictures did not nearly show how quaint this space it. We can't wait to return and possibly bring friends. So close to music, restaurants and downtown.

Our stay in this Portsmouth apartment was wonderful, and we highly recommend it. The location gave us the feeling of living in downtown Portsmouth, and we loved being so centrally located - right in the hub of all that Portsmouth has to offer. It was great to be able to come and go quickly and easily in such a walkable town, stepping out the door for breakfast at Colby's a few doors down or Ceres Bakery around the corner, shopping for a while & then dropping off purchases in the room, relaxing in the apartment or on the deck for an hour before heading out to dinner, etc. Our stay included a Friday and Saturday night, so we did hear muted music from the Press Room next door, but we actually enjoyed hearing a bit of the nightlife and it wasn't excessively late for an adult schedule. The apartment was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable, with lovely artwork. There were three TV's, which was great, but with so much to do in the area we never turned one on! Our favorite parts of the apartment were probably the charming deck with its flowers and chimney views, the view - at any time of day - from the loft (at the top of a perfect spiral staircase) window, and the gorgeous main bedroom. The owner answered our couple of questions immediately and we could tell that thought & care were put into making the customer experience a great one. Especially thoughtful was the basket on the kitchen counter that included mints, gum, and tissues - a nice touch. We would love to return!
