Staff and facilities are completely unprepared to deliver on their advertised benefits

It had a nice view, the bed was comfortable, linens were clean.

The facility is incredibly noisy. You can hear everyone’s television and phone conversations. The door did not seal properly and I found a huge number of bugs in the room in the morning. The storm shutters banged every time the wind blew, and someone’s smoke alarm was beeping the entire night. They advertise wifi, but the onsite staff was very confused by the implementation and was unable to give me wifi. Thankfully I had good cell service and could use my hotspot. I had no running water during my stay, and the staff were not in any hurry to address this issue. I was unable to even take a shower, I had to use baby wipes to clean myself.

This was a good hotel foe the price point and location, especially for a one-night stay.

Staff/manager was very accommodating of our need to check in late. Additionally, when we had an issue with our room, she was quick to move us to another. I really liked the code system of getting into hlthe rooms as well -- no keys to return or lose.

Our first room suddenly had a door issue -- we couldn't get out. We used the patio to get out and tried to reenter from the front and the door was just completely stuck. We told the front desk, and she helped us move rooms and checked the door to make sure we weren't just tired and not understanding what to do. The A/C was a little challenging to operate and get to stay functioning.

This property is run-down and barely staffed.

The view.

No one was in the office to check us in. The area is remote, with no restaurants within walking distance. Exterior of building is run down and in need of maintenance. There is no sign, so taxi drivers have trouble finding it.

We got to the property after a long tiring day of travel and they could not let us stay as they had an electrical problem of some kind. But the lady did all she could, including drive us to an alternate hotel. So it was aggravating, but they did the best they could to take care of us.

Road up is very narrow. Beds are not queen size as advertised. We heard what sounded like an argument then gun shots

I hope this property is removed from listings so nobody else has the same problem

We didn’t get to stay here since the entire property was abandoned. It looked like it had potential when it was functioning and the view was nice. We came back in the morning to see if anyone was there, but it was still completely abandoned.

Since it was abandoned, it left us in a bad spot coming into town as the sun was setting with no place to sleep. We were only staying for 1 night as we were headed to St. John in the morning.

A total wreck of a hotel. Obviously never recovered from 2017 hurricanes. We looked in the room and left with the taxi driver who brought us.

I love the view and the location the view of the island and the ocean is a beautiful view*****

This place is such a wonderful place that can be developed much better than it is.... the toiletries horrible no microwave no coffee maker, my bed was full of sand needs better room service that 1 lady can't do it all by her self & please better washing products my washcloths was very Dingy this is such a good place stay but just got to get better sorry to say🙏🏿❤️💛💚

Gorgeous view, so much potential, some renovations needed to be beautiful

The hotel was in a great location, great view and was decently priced.

The hotel has so much potential, I think with more amenities, a paint job, some more updates on furniture and decor and some actual housekeeping then it could be better. I didn’t have a towel change or a clean up at all until I checked out. Also some water in the rooms to greet the guests and help taking luggage up to the rooms. Also there was no sign for the hotel so the taxi wasn’t sure of the location.

Superb

location was great, not far out of town and easy to go East if needed.

I saw the kitchen tools and stove, I stopped and bought some sausage patties to heat up as a snack. When I got ready to do that I discovered there were no pans of any kind or a way to light the stove so I could heat the food, A small microwave would be a good and low cost addition. Overall, it was a very good place to stay. Nice refrigerator too!

The water and electricity were out more than half of the time. It could be a nice place but it needs a lot of fixing up. For the price, you’re better off looking elsewhere.

I felt like I was punk and trick to think this was a vacation place by the picture

I like the pillows, evening view of sunset, and the room was spacious, cable wasn’t bad. But receptionist didn’t have somewhere for me to pie or wouldn’t let me. The place looks like it just open since everything looks unkept and deserted for awhile. According to the taxi they are running illegal and not bear anything must pay 12 each person to anywhere each way it gets expensive if you have a family

Location, the old appearance as if no ones leave there. No pool, no beach , no restaurant nearby or stores, must call taxi and that gets expensive, no breakfast or restaurant there at the facility. So it’s a lodging places for workers not a vacation place.

We actually had a rat come inside our room which was very interesting running him out of the room when I informed management all she could say was she was sorry.. It’s kinda hard to navigate using GPS she was nice enough to stay on the phone and guide us in.

The very last morning there was no running water I was completely over it at this point and we just left about 3 hours before check out and just sat at the airport

The water ran to slow,and they need some upgrading as far as the furniture/ decor is concerned nonetheless everything was ok.
