This home is located just 5 blocks from the Town Center, take an easy walk to the famed Paso Robles restaurants and downtown wineries. Gourmet kitchen and amazing outdoor living with multiple patio areas & spa. This is truly a special home and the perfect spot to explore the Central Coast.

This home features a stylish midcentury modern living space. The living room has leather couch & loveseat and features a 75" Smart TV.
The kitchen would please a professional chef. It is Fully-stocked with a 48" 6 burner Italian Smeg range and stainless appliances, small appliances include microwave, Keurig coffee maker, Nespresso espresso machine, crock pot, rice cooker, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, blender, food processor, popcorn popper, toaster. Enjoy setting the table using the luxury cookware, glassware and tablewear.
Both bedrooms feature King size beds and 60" smart TVs.
The full bathroom includes a custom expansive, walk-in shower, luxury towels and bathroom supplies. The half bath has sink, toilet, and doubles as a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
Outdoor Areas:
The outdoor backyard space features a walk out covered patio with spa, seating area and fire pit. We stayed for 4 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The location is ideal for walking to downtown and visiting the Adelaida district wineries. The house was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Communicating with Leila was a pleasure. Definitely on my list for another visit!

We spent the night in Paso Robles to enjoy a concert at Vina Robles. We live on the Central Coast, and did not want to drive home after a concert and wine. With a We found this lovely property and decided it was the perfect location for the evening. From check-in to check out our stay was exceptional. It's a lovely home, but I wish we had more time to enjoy. We would definitely book again and spend more time in Paso Robles

This cute little house was absolutely perfect for our 3rd annual girls trip! Loved the location and neighborhood. The house had everything we needed and more. The house was just as described: size, location, amenities. There photos were accurate though they didn't adequately capture the charm and cuteness factor of the home, yard and interior layout and furnishings!

The rehab on this property is superior and retro-fitted in 1950's style. The owner's have remained "true" to the original design - including the original hardwood floors.
In addition, and of equal importance, is the attention to detail (the "little things") - fully stocked kitchen appliances & utensils, bathroom supplies, etc. Finally, the shower was great - nice & large with plenty of hot water.
And - the location - close proximity to what we started referring to as "town square" - with all the retail & restaurant business.
Would highly recommend and would stay there again!

My friends and I enjoyed our time at this rental and thought the property was well-kept and just amazing overall. The kitchen was well stocked, the barbecue worked well, location was perfect, and the Jacuzzi was nice and hot. The rooms each had comfortable bedding and it was key to have the second half bath for our group of four women. We all highly recommend the home.
The only issue we had was that I had unfortunately left my phone in the property after the home was locked (electronic lock no keys). I had difficulty accessing the entrance code information on Vrbo from another phone with the dual verification process. When I was finally able to reach out to the owner, they provided me with an incorrect code for the property. Unfortunately, we were stuck standing outside calling Vrbo at 11:30pm to get the accurate entrance code. It took about 30 minutes to resolve and get into the home. Thankfully the home is in a safe neighborhood. The screw up was on my end, but not receiving the correct code and being locked out late at night after we thought the problem was resolved was not great.

The house was so cute & perfectly stocked with all the amenities for us to enjoy a girls weekend wine tasting. It was convenient for our wine tour pick up since we were inside of the city limits & then we were walking distance to the downtown area for dinner & drinks to end the evening.

This tastefully decorated 2BR and 1 1/2 bathroom is in a perfect location if Paso Robles is your destination. An easy walk into the center of town where great restaurants and shopping await. The house is comfortable with space to spare, and a screened in sitting area in the backyard complete with a fire table. The overall feel and ambience exceeded expectations.

House is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants. Loved the decor. Comfy couches/furnishings feels like one lives there and not like a renter. Great large stove oven but never used. Well equiped kitchen. Nice backyard w/hot tub, dining table, portable fire mainly for ambiance and canopy lighting. Lovely main bathroom, toilet sink bathroom near kitchen with washer dryer. Hope to stay again

The house was clean, easy to find and very close to the downtown square area. It was just as the description on VRBO site showed. Bedrooms and beds were comfortable, as were the living room sofas. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and well stocked with coffee, tea and condiments. My wife and I travel to Paso Robles a few times per year, and in the future we will always check to see if this house is available.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay. Home is very cozy. Neighborhood is quiet. Location is nice easy walk to town.
Loved Fish Gauchos and Thomas Hill Organics for eats. Location is easy drive to golf, wineries, and restaurants.
Cambria is a great day trip and takes you past several excellent wineries.
Would come back in a heartbeat.

Perfect house for two couples. Spotless and well equipped. Beautifully decorated, quality everything! We golfed, played pickle, wine tasted and ate at great restaurants. This property is in the middle of all of it. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Mid-century Manor gets 10 stars, not five!

Great location, cute neighborhood, relatively close to downtown area. Polite neighbors, no noise issues. Hot tub nice and clean. My only request would be for upgraded bedding/pillows, though we still slept great. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice house, comfortable, nice outdoor space. Centrally located. House has second structure on property and you can’t park in driveway. We parked on street in front of house. No noise from second structure and quiet neighborhood. Great stay.

We went to explore wine tasting in the area but had more fun exploring the town. This place is well appointed, centrally located, and very comfortable beds. The garden has much to enjoy (and I’m a gardener) and the location- very much in a quiet and loved neighborhood. The owner gave a lot of great local tips. Would visit there again.

I lost my husband this year and my girlfriend lost her husband almost three years ago.We needed a change in scenery and fun venue not too far away. This was the perfect escape and the house was well stocked and comfortable. I would reccomend it to anyone.

I kind of want to keep this place a secret so I can easily return but there's no fairness in that! This home was simply adorable and perfect for two couples. It is just on the edge of town so walking to dinner and bars was a quick 10ish minutes. The house was immaculate and beautifully redone with lovely finishes and decor, higher end appliances and pans, a completely ridiculously amazing coffee bar and a spotless hot tub (which is a rare thing as a frequent vacation renter). Both bedrooms are similar so there's no fighting, the main bath with shower is in between and the other half bath is off the kitchen on the other side of the house. We were pretty efficient with our morning routines and vacating the shower quickly so it worked for us, but if your group has a few bathroom hoarders, it might be your only complaint. I certainly know I will be back!

We came here on a girls’ trip to go wine tasting and catch up. The home is absolutely adorable! The hosts made such good use of all the space and it was perfect for our stay. The backyard is so nice! It was a little chilly but the screened in patio area and fire pit were great! The neighborhood is walking distance to the main downtown area for restaurants and shopping. The hosts were so kind and sent us a message that the house was ready early, which was great as we all were driving in. We highly recommend staying here and I hope to be able to book it again for a family trip!
