Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Camera e bagno nuovissimi, puliti, grandi e molto accoglienti. Letto comodissimo. Parcheggio gratuito. Ottima colazione inclusa. Staff gentilissimo. Dotazione in camera per preparare bevande. Prenotate senza pensieri, vi troverete benissimo!!!

What a great find......

What a great find, this is a great place to stay. The rooms are lovely and spacious with lovely little touches. The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially Kaitlyn (sorry if the spelling is dodgy) Lunch and breakfast by far exceeded out expectations, the food was fabulous.

Just a very small thing. The chrome just needed buffing in the bathroom, other than that I couldn't fault anything.

Nice clean room, comfy bed, great food. Room too hot though.

Clean room, comfy bed. Did in the pub was excellent, I had the pork belly bonbon, really tasty!

The handrail on the stairs was loose at the bottom. Not so bad in itself but I wasn’t warned about it and could have been dangerous due to my having mobility issues. Bathroom radiator on max heat with no control, ended up turning it off completely. Same with the room A/C, no remote to change temp so turned that off as well.

Poor overall experience

The staff were pleasant on check in, the room was clean and spacious. The evening meals was delicious.

There was a gas leak which disrupted the kitchen, so no cooked breakfast would be available in the morning, we were supposed to be told this on the evening, this didn't happen, unfortunately there was no breakfast at all, we were told breakfast was from 08:00am, however no members of staff were present in the morning, so no tea or coffee, no continental breakfast, no cereal no juice, no toast, absolutely nothing, this was really poor, surely something could have been offered.

No heating in room broken. Bathroom heat rail on when went bed off when got up bath room ver chilly out towels down in time floor as floor cold. Window slightly wedged open couldn’t close. Room faces out back above delivery large gates not locked Leo banging in wind. All bins under window horrible room by should be cheaper . Had to pay 10 pd for 2nd breakfast! But booked booking . Com for two. Would like a refund! Heating only by wall unit no rads? Didn’t work..🥺🥺

Had to leave before the 8am breakfast start time, I did ask for a takeaway breakfast or even a sandwich made the night before but was told this wasn't possible.

The hotel met all my needs, was an enjoyable stay and will add whenever in the area in the future

Room was excellent: roomy, comfortable bed with bath and shower. I also appreciated the bottle of water and the tiny bottle of fresh milk. Cooked breakfast was excellent too!

Not near enough to Knebworth but this is a minor point.

Beautiful accommodation! Highly recommend!

They let us check in early and the staff were all super friendly and helpful to us. the room was lovely and spacious and the bed was comfy. the breakfast and coffee each morning was amazing. the staff made us feel very welcome without being over bearing would love to go back!

Comfortable and excellent value for short stays

Great staff and service, good food and excellent location to a local wedding venue. Rooms very comfortable and recently refurbished. Plus EV charging. Would return if we ever needed to stay in the area

Very minor point we only had a single bath towel but think this was because we mixed the rooms up amongst our group as the other rooms had two towels.

Amazing, beautiful rooms and fabulous breakfast.

Beautiful pub, super clean rooms, really comfy bed, amazing breakfast which was included in the room price - fantastic value for money! David and his team were so lovely and made my stay so enjoyable. Thank you!

It was a pleasant stay that served its purpose well.

The room was comfy. The 24 h access was easy to navigate. Breakfast was amazing! The amenities were good.

I wanted a remote for the aircon. One minute it was cool, the next minute it was heat. I had to switch it off altogether. So the room was hotter than I would have liked.

Had a nice catch up with family our evening meal was lovely we all enjoyed our stay will be back.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. We were allowed to go back later to use a room as we were here for a funeral so was able to get changed after check out.

Breakfast was offered on booking but when we arrived and checked in was told there would be no breakfast provided next morning. Was offered hot/cold drinks .

A small and cosy hotel with lovely rooms and great staff. What more could you need.

A lovely hotel which accommodated us really well. Nothing was too much trouble and we were really well looked after. We will be going back

Bad

A lovely pub, very comfortable bed, but no hot water for a shower or bath. Breakfast starts at 8am, waited until 8.15am for a take away slice of toast, gave up and left without any food.

Really Comfortable Room, but Noisy

Friendly Staff, welcoming entrance and well appointed room.

Unfortunately the room I had seemed to be directly above the bar and near a private function room. The noise coming from the private dining room on the first night and the bar on the second night was too loud to be able to sleep.. both nights it was gone midnight before the noise subsided. Shame, as the bed was really comfortable and the location is great for accessing work. It was bad enough for me to cancel upcoming stays, so I will need to look elsewhere.

Waited 30 minutes for breakfast but staff did apologise, kept me updated on the progress and explained that they had a problem with the oven. when it finally arrived it looked lovely but I didn’t have the time to finish my t but I aim to on my next visit.
