The location is close to the centre of Katherine, conveniently on the road to the famous Nitmiluk Gorges. The office staff were very helpful with access to the laundry
Bed lighting inadequate. The kitchenette is OK, but if you wish to make coffee, you'll need to bring a plunger or hotplate device

Alles war super, wir haben sogar ein kostenloses Upgrate bekommen und im Apartment übernachtet. Dort gab es eine eigene Waschmaschine und auch Einiges an Kochzubehör.
Alles war vorhanden, sauber und gemütlich.
Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit.
Wir konnten auch in ein anderes Zimmer schauen, das sehr einladend und modern eingerichtet war.
Der Parkplatz war im Hof.
Die Lage war sehr zental in einer Seitenstraße zum Highway

Das Personal machte letztendlich den Wechsel von einem kleinen, nicht ordentlich gereinigten in ein etwas größeres, saubereres Zimmer mögliich. Der Aufenthalt war dann einigermaßen passabel..
Definitiv die schlechteste Unterkunft in unseren bisher fast 5 Wochen Australien. Wie das sogenannte "Hotel", eine ziemlich heruntergekommene Bleibe im Motel-Stil, an seine, auch landesspezifischen Sterne und seine Bewertungen kommt, erschließt sich uns absolut nicht. Und die spartanisch eingerichteten Zimmerchen als Studio zu bezeichnen, ist eigentlich ein Witz.

Rooms neat and tidy, recently renovated and in good condition. Clean and simple pool area, good for a quick swim. Very friendly staff on check-in, simple check-in process.
Renovations & clean up of outdoor areas were still in progress, tiling of paths etc and some weeds & outdoors painting needed. No real issue though.

The receptionist is exceptional good! So helpful and friendly. I was able to get the room earlier and everything was clean. The room is big and you have a fridge and Aircon in the room. The fridge is really noisy but better then not having a fridge. The location is good. Everything is in walking distance in the centre and you can also park your car there. Felt very safe at that place.
The pool was closed, unfortunately. The way how the cleaner made my room during my stay was weird. So actually they just folded the linen and took one empty water bottle out. Nothing more. The bin was still full, bathroom not touched and also no refill of coffee. So not really a service. This is the only small complain I have.

Room spacious, well equipped and freshly decorated. Having a microwave and small kitchen area was very useful.in a town lacking eating choices especially during the wet season. Was handy for shops and greyhound bus. Though we saw little of the staff they were friendly and helpful. Feels secure as is surrounded by high brick wall and a gate that locks closed. Quite and comfortable room.

Property was great. Room was lovely - big double bed, little kitchenette, good fridge and very clean bathroom. Shared pool was lovely with shaded area. Also have a washing machine available which was very helpful

What an absolute gem in an otherwise ordinary town. The dinner was such good value and so generous - the fish was delightful and the salad fresh with a great variety of veggies. The guy was nice enough to bring it to the room so I didn’t have to bring the kids out again. It felt completely safe and they provided lots of extras in the kitchenette. I definitely recommend and would stay there again. Felt like it could be an excellent place to recharge if we had a couple days. As a single mum travelling with 2 young kids I was petrified to stay in Katherine but felt at ease from the moment of arrival. I was also very grateful they came out and brought the key to me as it’s so hot at the moment so much nicer than having to get the kids out of their car seats just to park a moment later

The customer service I have received has been appalling and completely unacceptable.
I had to cancel the booking last minute as I broke down and they have simply refused to help me in this circumstance. They are just keeping my money and I didn't even stay there.

Very spacious 2 bedroom self contained apartment.
Staff is friendly, location is great
We tried to have breakfast at the hotel after seeing the pamphlet in the room.
However staff said some food (mushroom) is not available. It is fair I think as we didn't order breakfast when we book.

Very kind staff who agreed to look after our bags for us while we hiked the Jatbula Trail. Facilities are simple but all that you need is there and rooms are clean and tidy.

Manager was friendly and location.
Didn’t receive room we’re had booked and were not notified prior to arriving. Kitchen splashback installed in our room while we were gone without notification. When we were getting ready to leave for the day a tradesman insisted on coming into our room to install skirting boards.
