Lo mejor del hostel es la ubicación, a solo unos minutos del centro de Dublín caminando y con el bus 16 muy cerca que comunica con el aeropuerto. El proceso de check-in y check-out fue súper rápido y la recepcionista que me atendió en la entrada fue muy amable. Los baños son grandes y las duchas son cómodas.
Las camas no son muy cómodas y faltaba un poco de limpieza en las "cápsulas" para dormir, en las habitaciones y en los baños que son de uso común. Se escucha mucho el ruido de los pasillos y las puertas de otras habitaciones al abrirse y cerrarse. No todos los baños disponen de jabón para ducharse y cobran €5 por usar las toallas.

Dass es ein Zweierzimmer hat, eine alte Kirche als Hostel verwendet wurde und dass es genug grosse sanitäre Anlagen hatte.
Sehr ringhörig (besonders Zimmer 6, zwischen Badzimmer und Treppenhaus), verhaltenes Personal, hoher Preis für Badtücher, mässige Sauberkeit, Zimmer sind minimalstisch ausgestattet, umständliche Sicherheitsmassnahmen (Armband welches im Hostel getragen werden musste), Flecken auf dem Bettlaken

Ich fand es sehr gut, dass man einem Vorhang hat zum zu ziehen beim Bett, um etwas mehr Privatsphäre zu haben. Außerdem waren die Gemeischaftsräume sehr geräumig und modern. Die Unterkunft war sauber und es gab ein Bereich draußen. Ich habe mich sicher gefühlt, da die Rezeption 24/7 besetzt ist mit entsprechenden Sicherheitspersonal nachts. Die Unterkunft ist fußnah zum Zentrum, es gibt auch in der Nähe eine Haltestelle und ein Lebensmitteladen/kleinere Läden.
Kein Föhn im Gemeinschaftsbad und keine Handtücher stehen zur Verfügung. Eventuell eine Infomail, welche Sachen man mitnehmen sollte wie Handtücher und Föhn.

The location was good and the bathrooms clean that is the only good thing I can say. I don't wish to elaborate further.
Horrible staff, loud at night with people in hostel and bathrooms have hand dryers that you can hear thoughout the night and walls. very overpriced. We were treated horribly and upon asking for any kind of refund for the fact we couldn't get any sleep and the room was £135 for 2 nights is crazy prices for a hostel. Staff threw our clothes in bags after we asked for a room change and they didn't inform us we could change (originally told it was booked up) we lost food that we needed to take home. Me and my partner are both vulnerable adults and they spoke to us so rude as if everything was our fault. I genuinely felt disgusted. Room was very overheated with the radiators on full blast too.

Loved the airy and high ceiling rooms. With huge windows and private cubicles to sleep in.
The hostel used to be an old nunnery and was converted into a hostel, but some of the old structures are still visible.
Staff was friendly and chatty as usual.
Easy walking to the city centre. My to go to hostel when out in Dublin!

La ubicación es muy buena a 15 min andando del centro y el personal muy simpático y profesional. Está bastante limpio (tanto los espacios como las literas y sábanas) y las literas son cubículos individuales, lo que permite tener mucha privacidad. A pesar de estar lleno para la fecha en la que estuvimos, era muy tranquilo y silencioso y apenas nos cruzamos con gente en el baño. Hay espacios comunes como un salón muy grande con sofás, mesas, juegos y una especie de cafetería y en la recepción siempre había alguien.
No hay habitaciones mixtas y mi pareja y yo tuvimos que dormir separados. Hacía un poco de calor dentro y la cortina de la litera se cae con facilidad.

Not too far from the centre, curtains provided privacy in bed, charging in bed was working.
Lack of water in facilities (sinks, showers, toilets), because of that couldn't take a shower during the 4 nights I was there. Toilets became disgusting as flush didn't have water, in evenings taps also ran out of water. Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful to provide any solutions, only gave empty promises and kept shutting down bathrooms/toilets. Have stayed a lot in hostels in different countries and never had such a bad experience before, would not stay there again.

La scorrettezza nel trattamento. La struttura non aveva acqua a causa di un problema e questo ci è stato comunicato solo dopo aver fatto il check-in. Chiaramente senza acqua per lavarsi la struttura era inagibile e nonostante questo si sono rifiutati di risarcire il costo

Ambiente acolhedor e dinâmico, equipe ótima que nos atendeu com muito respeito! Com lockers no quarto só precisamos usar um cadeado (não incluso). Tomadas USB nos beliches para quem esquecer de um adaptador.

Hubo un corte de agua en toda la calle durante toda nuestra estancia, con lo que nos mandaron al otro Hostel que hay a 10 minutos andando para ducharnos. Evidentemente el corte de agua no es culpa de ellos, pero el agua con la cual teníamos que ducharnos estaba literalmente hirviendo, era imposible ducharse. Otra cosa horrible es el ruido que hay, parece que hay una manada de elefantes dentro de tu habitación cada vez que alguien da un paso. La habitación no tiene armario, punto súper negativo.

Location was well connected with local bus services. Staff were friendly on arrival. Beds were comfy and the rooms were spacious. Remember to bring your lock for the secure storage underneath bunk beds.
The bathrooms were absolutely filthy - hair everywhere, used plasters on the floor, blocked drains and awful smell. Such a shame as the rest of the hostel was nice.

L’accueil et l’emplacement étaient top ! Sur place, il y a le nécessaire pour prendre un petit déjeuner ou un sandwich à midi. Wifi fonctionnait très bien.
Il y a eu beaucoup de problèmes de douches. Soit l’eau était bouillante, soit les douches ne fonctionnaient pas et il fallait aller au rez-de-chaussée alors qu’on était au 4eme étage, soit il y avait carrément des coupures d’eau et ce dans tout le bâtiment. Pour les douches et toilettes c’était compliqué mais je pense que cela n’est pas du ressors de l’auberge.

Ubicación, recepción 24 horas y cortinas en las camas
Problemas con el agua. No funcionaban las duchas, para ducharse había que ir a otro hostal situado a 10 minutos andando (podrían haber ofrecido llevar a los huéspedes en un coche por las molestias). Del mismo modo la cadena del wc y el grifo no funcionaban a determinadas horas.

Despite the water issue that significantly affected my overall experience, the comfort of the beds was noteworthy. The sleeping arrangements were pleasant, providing a bit of respite amid the inconvenience caused by the bathroom facilities.
The main issue that I faced during my stay was the unavailability of functional bathrooms on my floor, despite being assured otherwise during the check-in process. Additionally, the staff's response to the problem was not satisfactory; I was merely redirected to an alternative bathroom with limited facilities. Improved communication and prompt resolution of such issues would have significantly enhanced my experience.

A hospedagem estava sem água há vários dias e não nos informaram com antecedência, informaram apenas após o check-in. Fiquei dois dias sem tomar banho e fazendo as necessidades em um banheiro podre. Não fizeram nada para nos recompensar e tentar melhorar a estadia.

Men’s toilets on the first floor not working, no signage up and toilets filled with waste as people were not aware they weren’t working before using them. The showers for men were also not working and again there was no signage to inform guests of this and the reception staff did not inform guests of this either

Os quartos eram espaçosos e as camas mesmo muito confortáveis, genuinamente dos melhores hosteis em que já fiquei alojada. O staff era simpático e as casas de banho também tinham bastante espaço. Apesar de não ser central, está a 20min a pé do centro e fica perto de duas paragens de autocarro para o aeroporto (menos de 5min)
Os cacifos podiam ser um pouco maiores, mas são muito funcionais assim na mesma.
Nas casas de banho do piso de cima não dava para controlar a temperatura da água e para mim estava um bocadinho demasiado quente, mas nada de stressante.

El hostal está en una iglesia antigua, es muy bonito y lo adaptaron adecuadamente. Al principio es un poco difícil encontrar los cuartos pero en general es muy agradable. Me encanta que dividen los cuartos entre chicos y chicas. También que no sin tantas camas por cuarto. Todo me pareció limpio, seguro y agradable. Además el billar es un extra así como el cuarto de lavado. La cocina bien equipada y muy amplia.
El agua de las regaderas no siempre estaba caliente, estaba tibia.
