Awful awful awful

Awful not one member of staff all codes and phone calls to get in probably didn't want to show their face slept In my clothes on the bed it was that awful didn't want to chance getting ill with breakfast so just left you need to check places better

Great location, great staff and great price

Location is great, few hundred yards walk and you're at the beach. Breakfast was loverly, Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

it was our first b&b and really we enjoyed the experience

the breakfast was very good and suited our needs maria was very pleasant , and if we asked for anything she delivered without any fuss. the lady who greeted us put ourselves onto a realy good club remingtons on the high st as my wife likes bingo etc no membership required. we love queens park mablethorpe for cheap outside entertainment and its quite close for a paddle.

Amazing place at an amazing price!

The whole experience the bed was amazingly comfortable. The food was top notch and the staff and the customer service you got was outstanding. I will be booking again and again and again

Absolutely amazing. Couldn’t ask for more

We had a family room. Lovely and spacious. Added bonus we had a kettle microwave and fridge plus plates bowls cups glasses and cutlery.

Good location for what we needed. Typical seaside b and b. When they realised we were not going to breakfast as we were out both days earlier than breakfast they did take the cost of breakfast off the bill for us so that was appreciated

The mattress was really uncomfortable and the duvet very thin

A pleasant enough 1 night stay!

The staff and breakfast were lovely, we also had a decent night sleep. Only 35 mins from seals which is great

Extremely basic, we didn't really want to use the shower in the morning so only suitable for 1 night

Very pleasant stay, great staff and would definitely stay again

Good size room with good facilities. Clean and tidy and well set out. Good location

Lovely and quiet

Lovely little bed and breakfast staff were very friendly and welcoming it's in a great location too!the breakfast was beautiful I'l definitely be coming here again 😀😀

Great off-season stay

Room equipped with both microwave and fridge. Really comfortable bed. Breakfast was great, the staff friendly and helpful. Great out-of-season stay. Nice shower in a big bathroom. Off-street parking.

Lovely Staff very helpful nothing was too much trouble even lent my elderly husband a wheelchair to help him get about.

Found the Second flight of Stairs very Steep up to our apartment.

Due to flight delays, our stay sadly was very brief but hospitable.

Staff was warm, welcoming, & helpful. Rooms were clean. The self catering apartment was spacious. Short walk to restaurants and to the beach.

Small showers and older fixtures. Could do with some updating. Not good for people who can’t do lots of stairs. We could hear neighbors above us.

Mablethorpe Stay

Friendly B&B handy for the seafront with parking. Freshly cooked breakfast with good choice of cereals and juice. Room rather small but had a fridge, kettle and microwave.

Floorboards in corridors were extremely noisy, and water pipes were also very noisy. Bed was a little uncomfortable but was OK for a single night.

Check in was easy, ideal location in a clean well equipped room . Excellent value for money

Excellent value for money. Spacious well equipped family room. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of choice. Extremely clean. Location is excellent

The interior is a little dated but excellent value for money so cannot complain.

Very good

The staff were lovely and the cooked breakfast was delicious. Parking was great too The room and apartment were clean and in a good location, can not fault the staff.

The stay in the apartment was slightly different to the stay in the room as the apartment had very noisy guests above and you could hear a lot of noise during the night but not the hotels fault at all.

Good value for money only downside for me was I messaged a few months before and asked if there was many stairs as I use a walker told not many you are on first floor got there and was on top floor struggled with the stairs but couldn't fault the hotel breakfast was good value

Passable for the one night we had booked, wouldn't have wanted to stay any longer.

Location. Layout of room suited our family.

Finding other guests litter under the bed. Smoking shelter is right beneath the family room window. On a hot night when we needed the window open, it was a choice between over heating or the strong smell of smoke.

Big room, friendly staff, excellent breakfast!

Fantastic location just around the corner from Queens Park, where we also rented a beach hut and enjoyed the quieter side of Mablethorpe beach. On the same road you’ve got plenty of choices for food. You’ve also got the arcades on the next street with access to the busier side of Mablethorpe beach. Friendly staff at the hotel, nice big room for us all which was good for the price. The breakfast was excellent and enjoyed all round!

We couldn’t get the WiFi to work on any of our devices, but we did forget to mention it to staff to see if they could get it working. Floor boards were a bit squeaky and the bathroom was small but it worked for us for a short stay.
