About this apartment rental

This beautiful 2bed, 2bath apartment, with parking, in the heart of Windsor, is an exceptional find.

With Windsor Castle (watch the marching bands for the Changing of the Guard pass right outside your front door!), Windsor Great Park, The Guildhall, beautiful Eton and Windsor town centre with fabulous shops, restaurants, bars and clubs all on the doorstep, you couldn't be better placed for your stay. Leave the car in the car space provided and just walk around, soaking in the historic atmosphere and enjoying all the modern conveniences a thriving town like Windsor can provide.

Windsor Great Park is an amazing space for kids, grandparents, couples and groups with options to walk, run, bike, climb, ride, play & picnic - and it's all a short distance from the apartment (past one of the most beautiful pubs in Windsor called the Two Brewers, which dates from 1709 - definitely worth stopping for a pint!)

Windsor is also a short drive from Lapland UK, Legoland, Ascot Racecourse, Thorpe Park and many other fantastic experiences for the whole family.

The apartment itself is on the second floor of the building and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen/dining/living space, all accessed off a long, light hallway. Please note there is a Ring doorbell which will be active during your stay, although the footage will only be accessed if there are any issues;
~ The apartment's front door is located up a short flight of stairs from the main entrance, which can be accessed from the car park at the back or the High Street at the front. The entrance hall has a very useful cupboard with space for shoes and coats, so they don't get in your way during your stay;
~ The main bedroom has a very comfortable Kingsize bed (5' x 6'6"/150cm x 200cm), a built-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room (with underfloor heating - so lovely on those chilly mornings!). There is a hairdryer in the drawers and a cot (with bassinette insert) and cot-bedding in the wardrobe.
~ Bedroom two has a triple bunk bed - a full size single (3' x 6'3"/90cm x 190cm) on top and a full size double (4'6"' x 6'3"/135cm x 190cm) on the bottom - perfect for children or adults alike. There is a desk with lamp over and a mirrored wardrobe with both hanging space and drawers for your use.
~ The main bathroom has a bath with a shower over and a glass shower screen, a toilet and sink with a large toiletries drawer underneath. Great for a long soak, or for getting the kids ready for bed with plenty of space to move around;
~ There is a well-equipped kitchen, with pots, pans, crockery, glasses, utensils and cutlery, plus a Dualit kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with two bar stools and alongside, a dining table that can seat 5, borrowing a chair from the desk;
~ The living area has a very comfortable chaise sofa and accent chair, with a wall-mounted Smart TV and storage unit underneath . There is also an HDMi cable so you attached a games console if required.

The stay was clean, in a great location and perfect for our family of 5. Kate was wonderful and made it feel like we were at a hotel.

Great place right by Windsor Castle. Lots of shops, restaurants, etc nearby. This worked well for our family of 4. We did have a bit of trouble finding the lock box in the dark, even with detailed directions.

You won't find a better location in Windsor! The flat is lovely with several nice extra touches. The beds are comfortable! Kate was great to work with and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

This property is in a prime location for Windsor/Eton on foot. Kate has done a fantastic job of making a complicated process of finding the property, getting parking, getting into the property bullet-proof. I am a VRBO host/owner myself and she's in the 99th percentile here. The property is also extremely well thought through and explained on the inside too. What is supplied, how it is made obvious to guests is all first rate. You don't have to spend your first few precious hours figuring out where something is or how something works. The flat is exceedingly close to Victoria Street that runs right by the castle. To check in you approach the complex from the "back" but once checked-in, you walk out the "front" way and you're right where everything is. If I were going back to Windsor for a few days, I would choose to return to this flat and this host in particular.

This flat looked just like the pictures, and had everything we needed for a lovely stay. The owners instructions on location and check in and out gave us all the information we needed. We’re glad we selected this flat for our stay.

The apartment is perfect in every way. Everything is brand new and has everything you could want and is in a great central location within easy walking distance to all the sights of Windsor and Eaton. Kate was also great to deal with! This property gets my highest recommendation.

Friends, you will not be disappointed with this lovely flat! Kate has thought of simply everything to make your stay perfect--from a welcome basket to new, fluffy towels and shampoo/soap in the showers. This apartment feels brand new and is literally right outside Windsor Castle walls. We could walk to everything in Windsor in 5-10 minutes. The town is charming with relatively easy travel into London in under an hour. I've stayed in flats all over the UK, and this one is my favorite! Enjoy your stay; you won't regret it.
