Able to accommodate 7 people, this 1970s house, completely renovated in 2015, has a living room with lounge, corner sofa, flat screen TV, dining room and open fitted and equipped kitchen with access to the terrace. and in the garden. (fridge, vitro hob, oven, microwave, small dishwasher for 6 place settings, coffee maker, kettle, toaster). 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, one of which is separate, enclosed garden and parking space.
The sleeping area consists of a through bedroom with a 140 double bed, leading to a second bedroom with 1 140 double bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Then 2 other bedrooms with, for one, 1 double bed in 140 and for the other 2 bunk beds (1 in 140 and the other in 90), a 2nd bathroom with shower and toilet.
Pleasant enclosed garden with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs, sunbathing, barbecue and garage for storing bicycles and other beach equipment.
Only 350m from the beach, 1km500 from the seasonal shops of La Grière, 4km from the town center of La Tranche-Sur-Mer.
This house is labeled 2 Clévacances keys. Pets not allowed.
End of stay cleaning is to be done by the tenants.

La Tranche sur Mer is a city on the edge of the ocean which will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach ... multiple landscapes that will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
