A spacious 4 bedroom family home in Vicars Cross, Chester, Queens Road offers modern, comfortable furniture and fittings throughout, in spacious rooms with large comfortable beds. Everything here has been chosen with guest comfort and convenience in mind to make this feel like a home from away from home. A fully-equipped kitchen is provided, as is of course free fast Wi-Fi. There's also a games room in the garage for the family to enjoy!
The Space:
Queens Road is located in Vicars Cross, 10 minute drive from Chester city centre. With easy access from the M56 and ring roads, it is also ideally located for Chester Zoo, Cheshire Oaks Designer Shopping Outlet as well as access into North Wales. Local shops and amenities are a 2 minute walk, including a park and children’s playground and locally renowned Chinese take away. There is off road parking as well as plenty of on road parking in the vicinity.
The property comprises 4 bedrooms over 3 floors, one with ensuite as well as a contemporary family bathroom and downstairs WC. With a comfortable living and dining area as well as a kitchen with additional seating, this is the perfect place for families or groups to get together, as well as offering a clean and tidy workspace for business travellers.
Other Things to Note:
There is driveway parking for one vehicle, although the front garden is accessible for additional off road parking if required. Noki Stays Property homes and apartments receive enhanced cleaning to our new COVID-19 safe standards and all have fixed sanitising stations for your safety.
Any special requests (bed configuration e.g. king beds to two single beds, sofa bed set up, travel cot, high chair set up) have to be requested at least 48-72 hours before your check-in date and are subject to availability. For additional guests, early check-in, and late check-out requests, additional charges may apply and are subject to availability, feel free to contact us to check the availability or if you have any queries.
Please note: This property is Pet Friendly. If you would like to bring your furry friend, please let us know at the time of booking. A security deposit of £100.00 will be required in case of any damage, enhanced cleaning etc. Once the cleaning team has been and inspected the property, and confirmed no damage, your deposit will be refunded.
