About this house rental
Beautifully remodeled home located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of the KC metro. If your family is visiting KC or if your'e just looking for the perfect family stay-cation, then look no further. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home sleeps 7-10 persons comfortably with an open floor plan and plenty of space. It features a beautiful newly renovated private swimming pool on a 3/4 acre lot with manicured landscaping, and ample patio furniture for enjoying time in the sun and around the pool. There is plenty of space for the kids to play in the back yard or up front in the quiet cul-de-sac, plus they will love 1/4 Court Basketball area with 10ft goal, playing pool volleyball (supplied), or playing ping pong in the finished basement. The pool deck with two umbrella tables and outdoor BBQ grill are perfect for family birthday parties or reunions. Major highway access is only 5 minutes away and most of the sought after Kansas City attractions such as The Plaza, Legends Racetrack, Arrowhead Stadium & Worlds of Fun theme parks are within a 15-30 minute drive.

We had a wonderful time at the house enjoying the pool, hot tub, basketball courts and ping pong. This house is fully stocked with your kitchen needs and entertainment for the full family. The pool was a blessing in the hot days after being out exploring.

I stayed with my husband and 2 older children (one in their later teens and 1 adult). We greatly enjoyed the backyard - the pool, hot tub and basketball area were great. We did outings during the day but rented the house for a 50/50 vacation/staycation. It was very hot during our stay so the pool was wonderful. Now towards dusk the mosquitoes were a bit too friendly, but that is to be expected. The host was a great communicator. He was very quick to answer any questions and I ask a lot of questions! The place was fine for my family but I would take note with young children or older grandparents here were steps and some quite steep esp to access the basement. The house was fully equipped with most everything we needed.

We had an amazing stay at Shaymond and Amber’s home! All five stars for sure. We absolutely loved the pool and the large backyard, which provided plenty of space for our family to relax and enjoy. The basement was fantastic with all the games, and extra space. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and dining ware, making meal prep a breeze. The house was spotless and well-maintained. We were in town for a baseball tournament, and this home was the perfect retreat after long days at the field. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for a week with my two daughters (10 and 6), and we have zero complaints! Location is about 15 minutes from all the things we wanted to do (zoo, science museum, plaza, etc) and is in a neighborhood where we felt safe. The house is exactly as described, but ALSO includes lots of little extras we weren't expecting (nice toiletries, extra fans in the closets, laundry and soap detergent, some snacks and much more). Will definitely return next time we come to KC!

Low key bride wanted a relaxing weekend with friends. This property was perfect for lounging by the pool and hanging out. It’s close enough to downtown that you have the option to do that if you would like!

In town for nieces wedding. Husband and I and four adult kids all stayed at this beautiful home. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and the comfy beds and the owners friendliness and helpfulness. Would absolutely stay here again!

The house was clean and gave us some room to spread out a little. We swam, relaxed in the hot tub, played basketball, ping pong and more. We really enjoyed our time there!

We met our kids and grandkids for a wedding in KC. This was our base for 3 days. We chose this property because of the pool and outdoor space for the kids. It was very comfortable, clean and the space worked great for our three family units. The owners were very hospitable, accommodating and easy to communicate with. The house was well-equipped and had everything we needed including outdoor grills, charcoal, pool towels, etc. It is a quiet neighborhood and there are grocery stores nearby. The location was perfect for us. Great stay. We would recommend and would stay here again if the opportunity arises. Thank you.

We had a great stay! There were 7 of us that came for a bachelorette weekend. The pool area is amazing! It was a perfect set up and the hot tub was an added bonus at night. The house is up to date with renovations and was fully stocked. The owners were also very easy to contact and even gave us some good recommendations for things to do while in Kansas City.

Shaymond's home was perfect for 8 guys to celebrate our friend's wedding! Lots of activities are provided and plenty of room in the house and yard. We were asked to stay semi-quite after dark since there are homes very close by but we left for downtown each night so this wasn't an issue.

Everything was wonderful for the Executive Team to meet over 3 days and get a TON of work done. The pool and hot tub were an excellent way to also have some fun.

We loved this house! The backyard is amazing and allows you to have a ton of fun without leaving the house. The hot tub is brand new and great for chilly mornings! Inside the house is everything you need, pots and pans, plenty of towels, blankets and pillows, etc. It really felt like home! The host was incredible! Took care of us if we needed anything and was very accomodating. Definitely will consider booking it again if we are back. 10/10 would recommend!

We met up for family spring break time in Kansas City. This location was great, residential but not too far from KC, restaurants, etc. The size of the house was perfect for our two families, and we enjoyed the hot tub, basketball, ping pong, and game table. Communication with the host was great and we had a wonderful stay!

The house was in a good, quiet neighborhood and well-stocked with amenities. Lots of games and things to play even if you want to just stay in the house. Not too far from activities if you want to get out. It was a wonderful place to stay for a weekend getaway for our extended family.

Great place for 8 people. Lots of beds and bathrooms. Cozy living room! And hot tub in the winter was amazing! 20 min ride to Kansas City attractions :) Great stay for my family! And owner was so great with communication.

When looking for the perfect place to host our family for Thanksgiving it was difficult to find a home that checked all the boxes. This one checked them all. The central location was one of the best features, easily within 20 minutes or so of the plaza, downtown airport or Overland Park. The home was clean, well stocked and the communication was stellar! We all had a great time and would stay there again. Thank you for sharing your home with us and making it the perfect place to make memories we will always cherish.

We stayed for a bachelorette party. SO close to all the downtown entertainment. very clean property, the beds were so comfortable and the pool/ backyard was the perfect oasis! We will be back for sure !

We came to KC to meet up with extended family for Labor Day weekend & wanted a property that had a pool & backyard space to accommodate multiple age ranges as we had toddlers up to adults. This property provided everything we were looking for and then some more!!! The kids all loved the pool & teens enjoyed the hot tub & basketball court & ping pong & all enjoyed playing yard games . The house was clean & beautiful & provided amenities we didn’t know we’d need (like bandaids for scraped knees!). Communication with Shaymond was timely & always took care of what we were asking . We plan to come back & would def recommend to everyone!
