Approximately a mile from the water, Vacation on Vista is a beautiful, three-bedroom property near the white sands and beautiful sunsets of East Beach, as well as close to the heart of the historic downtown Ocean Springs shopping/restaurant district.

This charming, newly renovated home has three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a fenced-in backyard for relaxing in the Gulf breezes.

Vacation on Vista is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, and week-long vacations with the family.

Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, artistically decorated space with all the conveniences of home.

Vacation on Vista features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a gas oven/stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, both a drip coffee maker & Keurig, and all the utensils you will need for preparing meals on days you prefer to stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot-spots.

The living room provides a large wraparound sofa to have a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen Smart TV, and provides an extra place to sleep if needed.

In the Primary Bedroom, you will find a King bed and Smart TV, with a full attached bathroom.

There are two guest bedrooms, one with a Queen-size bed and the other has a trundle bed that provides two twins, each with Smart TVs. The property is equipped with high-speed wireless Internet, and all the rooms have ceiling fans for additional cooling.

There is a fenced-in backyard for those bringing furry friends. The patio also provides outdoor seating with a table, as well as a charcoal grill for cooking out.

***Pets are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking***

***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home in the front by the entrance, garage & backyard. There are no inside cameras.***

Ocean Springs is a golf cart-friendly town, and we provide a four-seat electric golf cart for our guests to use to go to the beach and downtown at no additional cost.

While at Vacation on Vista you will feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but if you can tear yourself away, you'll find yourself minutes away from the heart of the quaint historic town of Ocean Springs. It has many great restaurants, museums, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, antique stores, and unique gift shops for you to enjoy.

We had a wonderful stay at Vacation on Vista! Perfect location, close to beach and all the shops at Ocean Springs. We loved driving the golf cart to the beach area. House was perfect. Large back yard for our pets. Everything you could ever need was provided. This is a must stay and we look forward to visiting again!

Our group of 4 adults and two dogs enjoyed a March visit to Ocean Springs and our stay at Vacation on Vista. Check in was easy (thanks to communications from Chris) and we appreciated the quiet neighborhood location, clean well-stocked house and the amazing spring azaleas blooming in the back yard. The golf cart made for super easy trip for us into downtown to shop at the Spring Arts Festival. We hope to return for another stay!

This was the second year we took our grandchildren to see the lights in the oaks in Ocean Springs. I have loved Ocean Springs most of my life and am passing down that love to my grands! Our house was wonderful! Very clean, and had everything we and the children needed. We enjoyed the golf cart some on Saturday. We bundled up in blankets and rode down to the beachfront. It was great! The neighborhood was quiet and clean. All in all, it’s a great place to stay for anyone looking to experience the wonderful coastal town of Ocean Springs, as well as Biloxi and Gulfport.

Great central location to beach and town and it had everything that we needed to make our stay wonderful. What a bonus having the fenced back yard for our dog! We only used the golf cart a few times due to the fear of not making it back even when there was more than half battery left because it was barely moving-we wonder if it possibly needs new batteries? Very nice that it was available for our use though. Chris the property manager was great to work with and hope to come back soon!

If we return to Ocean Springs we will stay here. It is a very tastefully remodeled older home. The king size bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed using the golfcart to explore the immediate area and drive to the beach and downtown.. The azaleas were blooming in the back yard!

Our friends and my wife and I are no strangers to Ocean Springs. We make day trips often. We decided to schedule an extended stay, and this was the perfect rental for it! House was gorgeous and immaculate, beds were comfortable, couch was perfect for late evening or early morning lounging, and the golf cart was a big selling point and HUGE added bonus. The communication was great as well. Chris, the property manager, let us know that the property was available for early check in if we wanted to, and even made us aware of a dishwasher issue they were made aware of earlier in the day (which totally didn't bother us at all!). Overall, it's a great place that's an easy, included, golf cart ride from downtown. Will definitely be back!

The neighborhood is very quaint, & quiet! The home came with a golf cart, free! This was a game changer, we rode the streets with beverages & blankets. We cruised downtown, the old homes, & the beach. We loved the Christmas lights! The home was clean & newly renovated, great fenced yard! My only tiny PSA, the bathroom tub is very slick, 2 of us slipped, HA! They do provide a matte, we just didn’t have it completely stuck down. Ha, user error! 100% stay here!
