被冰箱吵了一整晚的住宿

想不太出來

位置偏僻、沒什麼商店房型老舊、一樓滿滿雪茄味房間的乾淨度不佳（要住要小心）冰箱老舊（整晚轟隆轟隆作響）一晚還要2200多台幣（有很多比這家好的可推薦）

窗外有市景，無人旅館需用平板登記所有基本資料需要花比較多時間，床有點硬，不過房價很便宜。浴室也很寬敞、且浴缸很大。

誕生日で結婚記念日なのに旦那と不仲になった宿泊。

水圧が強いお風呂場が広い

ごめんなさい。これからの宿泊者の為にも正直に書きます。私の誕生日という事もあり、外を見ながらお風呂に入りたかったのでスイートに泊まりました。まず初めに ○雨漏りしていた為、部屋のゴミ箱は2つ雨漏り用で使いました。 ○トイレに入り座った正面の壁に鼻クソと鼻毛の付いた物がカピカピになってくっついていました。 (旦那に見られる前にすぐティッシュで削って取りました。) ○チェックインしたばかりなのにバスロブに髪の毛が付いてました。 ○2月なのに暑い日で、クーラーを18度の急速で設定したが、送風ですか？ってくらい暑い。夜中に暑さで何度も起きました。 ○夜中に指がいきなり痛くて目が覚めて暑さで寝不足でまた寝たが、次は足に痛み。何か引っ掻かれた感覚。夜中に電気をつけて眩しい中探すと、クリーニング後のタグがまだ付いていて、その太めのホッチキスが開いていてこれに引っ掻かれて出血。 ○スタッフの方にメッセージをしましたが返事も遅く写真でそのホッチキスを送って下さい。と言っていたのに写真を添付して送るので宛先を教えて下さいと伝えても返事が遅く、暑くて早めにチェックアウトした後に電話。「チェックアウト後に確認しました。確かにありました。ケガは大丈夫ですか。申し訳ございません以後気をつけます。」クレーム対応のスタッフなんですかね？とてもスラスラし過ぎて少し不快になってしまったので、大丈夫です。と少し冷たい態度になってしまいました。すみません。スイートで１万で夜景を見ながらお風呂に入れるなんてステキ。と楽しみにしていましたが、帰る時はチェックインしてすぐに不快な事があり、毎回雨漏りを避けながらソファーに座らなければいけない。更に暑さね寝苦しくとどめにホッチキスでケガ。返金して欲しい。と思っていました。宿泊者のレビューを見ると以後気をつけますばかり。定型文の謝罪のセリフを電話でスラスラと言われました。みなさまが同じ被害に遭われない事を願います。ホテルスタッフの方々お願いです。他の宿泊者に同じような悲しい思いをもうさせないように気をつけて下さい。

同窓会出席

チェックイン方法はQRコードで読み込んだあとのサイトの反応が悪く戸惑いましたが、接続されたあとは通話対応もスムーズに対応していただけてよかったです。

ベッド周辺にコンセントがないため、スマホを充電する場所と睡眠場所が離れてしまうのが惜しいところです。

The pictures on the website do not show how old the facility is. You walk into the room and just smell the mildew. The tub was not clean and had dirt/debris come out when the keys were turned on.

Large room with great bathroom

We really enjoyed the large size of the room & the large bathroom with the hot tub. Nice views of Okinawa city from the room.

Check in was a little different, but manageable.

Very nice

The room is great! it is spacious with Jacuzzi, the sauna and massage chair. I have never stayed in the room with Sauna before. The hotel must once be the very luxury hotel. Though it is a bit dated, it is still well maintained. Moreover, the view is nice.

The hotel is difficult to go using the GPS only, the road to enter the hotel is not obvious that we took quite long time to go round and round in the area before entering the road to the hotel. We suggest the hotel to provide access map. Moreover, I was on the way in travelling Okinawa, and did not check the email when arriving the hotel. It took us a long time to process the complicated self check-in. Moreover, we suggest the Wi-fi should be provided in the check-in lobby though we have no problem with our own network connectivity.

The Room and Jaccuzi were big.

it’s a love hotel or renovated from an old one, the bed was about as soft as plywood and I couldn’t find the Wifi.

Not what we anticipated

The room was clean and we had plenty of space to relax

The wifi wouldn't connect and we had to get our room changed to something smaller (without compensation) because the bath was leaking and wouldn't fill.

Bad

Impossible computer check in process. No attendant on site. Telephone assistant was unable to. Help. Worst check in system I have ever experienced. Very stressful, confusing, and useless. Huge waste of time.
