This UNIQUE house has a style all of its own from the inside to the outside! The house is conveniently located approximately 2.3 miles from HWY 43 and steps to Mather Height Park. Featuring 1 Bedroom(King Bed) with loft area(2 Twin XL Bed) 1.5bathrooms (1,032sqft) Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker and Keurig Machine. Full size Washer/Dryer. Office space. Quiet residential neighborhood with large fenced in yard with patio set and charcoal grill. Garage available by request.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Christine was very responsive, answered any questions we have quickly. The house was cozy and clean, matched what we expected in the pictures, it was stocked with everything that would make a guest's stay easy and convenient, extra towels, paper products, cookware, etc. Also everything in the house was labeled so that we didn't have to reach out to the host with extra unnecessary questions.

This roomy apartment totally met our needs. Loved the turn-of-century home, quiet, clean space, more than enough for us seniors. No fuss check-in and and plenty of street parking. Walking friendly for us urbanites, completed our great memories of our stay in Green Bay. Just a note that this is a 2nd level rental, so climbing steps is needed. Still, not steep ones and railings to guide you. Thanks, Deziree!

It was the perfect place for my husband, I and our 2 boys! It had everything we needed. The outside space was great and had a nice table, chairs and umbrella. We also went to the community wading pool and there was a park next to it. Overall a great stay!

My wife wanted to reconnect with her nieces and nephews without impacting their relatively small residences. The VRBO property offered by Christine fit the requisites of location, patio size, convenience of food preparation. The family members were enamored with the property but not as much as we were. The family reunion was a success and there was talk of ‘we should do this again’. I describe this property as a secret gem in Green Bay. We loved our stay and the courteous, attentive assistance of our host, Christine, was the icing on the cake.

My sisters-in-law and friend had such a fun time in Green Bay; the house is really cute and is in a convenient location, close to lots of things to do! Christine was very communicative and made the check-in, etc. process easy!

Loved the place. Very clean and well maintained! Only thing I missed was a frying pan and a pot for making grits, eggs, and bacon for breakfast. The people we spoke with while in town were very friendly. My stay in Green Bay was everything I hoped it would be. Go Pack Go!

We went to Green Bay to visit with family, they live in MI so half way for both of us was the best option. We didn't want to eat out everyday, so we thought getting a VRBO would work best for our visit. This listing was exactly how they described. Super cute cottage feel, wonderful patio for relaxing and BBQing. We had a wonderful stay, the house had everything we needed, the kitchen was stocked with basic necessity's. The signage around the house was so helpful, from the TV instructions to check out procedures. Could not have picked a better house or location! Big thank you to the host for this stay and walking me through my first VRBO rental!

This was a perfect base for our operations this year at AirVenture. We enjoyed all that "Oshkosh" has to offer aviators and also explored Greenbay and Door County. The owners could not have been more friendly, accommodating, and thoughtful. They live in the area so this is their neighborhood too! Thanks for providing this home away from home!

I stayed at the host’s property with 2 teens. They loved the loft space and their own bathroom while I enjoyed the king sized bed and the patio outside of the sliding glass doors. Comfortable couch and great tv. Central AC kept the place cool after we spent time outside in the heat. Close to everything! I’ll gladly be back!

Cute small house in a quiet and tidy residential neighborhood in Green Bay. The place was very clean, comfortably furnished with a well equipped and supplied kitchen. Short drive to attractions in Green Bay and to Door County. Good communication with the host.

My husband, sister, elderly father and myself stayed here during the few days preceding our daughter's wedding. My sister even made the wedding cake here in this kitchen! We were very comfortable and my husband said he would happily stay here again :-) Christine was great to work with and very quick to respond!

The house is located on a corner lot. You need to go around the corner to park in the driveway of the garage at the back of the house. We had a little trouble with the auto lock.. I think we were just impatient. Once inside the house, we were pleased to see it was very clean, and Very well stocked. There is a Keurig as well as a drip coffee pot, with coffee. K cups, and creamer and sugar available. The kitchen is extremely tiny, but we only used it to make coffee, pour wine and to use the fridge; perfect for a short term rental. The bathrooom shower had shampoo, cnditioner, and body wash which was great; there were plenty of clean soft towels. Bed was very comfy, and checkout was similar to others we've encountered. We didn't use the washer and dryer. But it was nice to know it was there if we needed it. I'm not sure where the host actually lives, but it seems she lives nearby. We would definitely stay there again as it was perfectly suited for our needs (2 adults.
