About this house rental

This home by the lake has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and bunk bed in each room, a pull out couch, two sectional couches and two full bathrooms. Plenty of room for your family and friends to spread out. Walk half a block to the lake with a private dock for your boat, do some fishing or just enjoy the scenery. You will be only minutes to all the shopping, restaurants and fun that Clear Lake has to offer.

If you are bringing a boat, please let us know in advance.

If you are bringing a pet, they must go with you if you leave the property or left in a kennel or crate inside the home.

The house is beautiful and very well stocked. The location is great with access to the lake. Lots of parks and sights to see. Easy drive to Clear Lake. The owners are great to work with and quick to respond to messages.

It was absolutely wonderful. I would recommend maybe a bath mat in the upstairs bathroom. It was kinda slippery in the tub. But overall it was a beautiful house and it was very cozy.

Perfect place for a short hunting trip. The entire place is clean and modern, very cozy and well laid out. Even better than the listing description. Owner/ manager was very responsive to communications. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Lots of room for two families with young kids. Front deck is comfortable, plus a fire pit out back. Dock is okay for fishing and tying up watercraft -- but water there is not good for swimming. If you don't mind driving (or biking) the five miles to the town of Clear Lake where the beach and most of the attractions are, this is an affordable option.

The process to get checked in was super simple. All of the descriptions were accurate and the home was clean and well furnished. Check out was even easier. Would love to stay again!

My family frequents the Clear Lake area all year long. This is our favorite place to stay! It’s in a great location with a lake view. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with nearby highway access if needed. The house is fantastic for two small families and a dog to share with plenty of room. Kandice was great to work with and was accommodating to our requests! We will continue to stay over and over again.

Overall the house is in good shape. The front and back storm doors need replaced. Since pets are allowed was expecting a fenced backyard but is not fenced. The appliances are new but the dishwasher did not clean the dishes well.

The house was very cozy for our winter time stay with a beautiful view from the living room window of the lake! The home had everything that we needed, and Kandice was very prompt to answer any questions we had. We definitely recommend to others!

This place is cute, nestled right on the hill side of Clear lake. Has a lake view from the house with a large front deck. The house is super comfortable and plenty cozy for those cold nights and a very quiet neighborhood. The house has been recently renovated and looks like updates are still being added. Can’t say enough good on how much everyone enjoyed their stay. We appreciate the hospitality and can’t wait to get back up to the area.

We really enjoyed our time in Ventura. The private dock and boat slip were exactly the extra features we were looking for. Plenty of beds with a nice homey atmosphere. A fire pit would be nice for the evenings in the future.

So much room and just so cute! Less than 2 min walk to the water or ice cream shop. We will be back!!
