Casa Luca is a custom-designed owner-built Tuscan villa spanning over 19,000 square feet. Architects Ford, Carson & Associates designed the villa which took more than 2 years to complete, and the current owners have spared no expense in the design, construction, and impeccable furnishings within.
All of which, is evident by the extensive handcrafted cabinetry throughout the home and every inch of flooring is lavishly detailed travertine and stained concrete.
The Villa’s orchard bears fruit throughout the year and the custom landscaping including plants, shrubbery, and bougainvillea and palm trees is impeccable. Casa Luca is within walking distance to the private beach in Pedregal and is positioned to give an unparalleled view of the famous Baja sunsets.
All doors in the villa open to the 3,000 sq ft patio offering extensive seating areas for outdoor entertainment, an infinity pool and spa along with an outdoor grilling area--perfect for entertaining.
Entering the property one encounters a dramatic entrance hall, with a huge entertainment area and formal dining room. Continuing through the Italian-styled entrance hall one encounters a huge corridor, which to the right leads to the custom-designed staircases leading to the second and ground-levels. Turning right at the staircase, one traverses another long corridor leading to a custom-designed cloakroom and into the spacious downstairs guest suite with French doors opening to the patio and Pacific, a large walk-in closet, a separate shower, and toilet.
The expansive living and dining areas lead you back out to the infinity pool and Jacuzzi spa where one can enjoy lunch under the shady Palapa and later view spectacular Pacific sunsets.
The home features a large gourmet kitchen featuring state-of-the-art appliances including a sub-zero refrigerator, Viking built-in range and microwave oven, two dishwashers, and adjacent to the kitchen is a pantry with a walk-in refrigerator/deep-freeze, and ice maker.
Outside of the kitchen, you will find a lovely covered sitting and dining area with outdoor grilling and uninterrupted mountain and ocean views.
This custom villa boasts a private library and patio, a fully equipped gym, massage room, steam shower, and sauna.
The entertainment area features numerous built-in stereo speakers which are placed at strategic locations on the ground floor and patio, enabling a continuous music experience.
The villa features custom a designed staircase leading to the upper level, which boasts a grand master suite, with his and her closets, his and her toilet, a dramatic Jacuzzi bath overlooking the Pacific, a huge master shower with two entrances, a view balcony overlooking the patio and the Pacific.
Please Note: Guests may cancel bookings up to 60 days prior to arrival, less their credit card processing fees. Cancellations are not permitted for Holidays such as Christmas and New Years. ESCAPE to CABO also offers a 365-day Rebooking policy which allows Guests to Rebook their reservations.
