WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT OUR HOME:
We love the location! The nearby beach is an easy walk (approximately 1 block or about 6 houses). We enjoy waking up every morning to a beautiful sunrise and having a cup of coffee while soaking in the ocean's peaceful view and gentle sounds.
ABOUT OUR BEACH HOME:
Our townhouse has 3 floors. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Bedroom #1 has a queen-size bed, closet, and tv. Bedroom #2 has two twin size beds, a closet and tv. The 2nd floor has the kitchen, dining table, living room, tv, and powder room (half bathroom). The 3rd floor has the master bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. Each floor has a deck with outdoor seating. Our property also has a cozy, fenced-in backyard patio (not shared) with a propane gas BBQ grill, patio furniture, and a NEW outdoor shower. The driveway has space for 2 cars, with additional free parking nearby. Perfect for family get-togethers, meeting up with friends, or working from home.

The beach is clean, with friendly people, and the local small businesses usually go above and beyond to serve their customers.

Our next-door neighbors are friendly, quiet, and respectful. We enjoy sharing our home with like-minded families that value peaceful family environments. If you're looking to host a party or go wild and make some noise, I'm sorry, our home is not for you.
Many of our neighbors live here full-time. Our dedication to them and the community is that we will not allow a party house, excessively loud/disrespectful guests, or any illegal activities on the property. We will strictly enforce all rules related to outdoor & indoor noise levels, quiet times, parking, & occupancy levels. Any violations of ours or city regulations may risk security deposit forfeiture. The City of Brigantine also does not tolerate party houses, illegal activities, or noise complaints. Brigantine Police have issued summons and fines in the past to renters AND homeowners!

Jim and Amy’s home is the place to stay in Brigantine Beach. My wife and I, our infant, and my parents loved our stay at their home. Three floors were perfect for a family to each have their own space. Owners were very responsive. The home is walking distance to a great part of the beach.

We booked a last minute get away in Brigantine and lucked out with this wonderful rental. Everything my family needed was provided: beach toys, linens, coffee, cleaning supplies. It’s a quick walk to the beach in a very quiet residential area.

We really enjoyed our visit! The house was just as it appeared in the photos, and was very well-appointed, making it a very pleasant and comfortable place to stay. It was a very short walk to the beach, which is visible from the balcony. The neighborhood was also nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing.

We had an excellent week in this house. The location and beach are excellent. The bedrooms are all a good size, the house was spotless, the owners are super responsive and the house was well stocked for cooking and going to the beach. We will definitely be renting again.

Our 2nd year at this property and it was wonderful again. The house is clean, young child safe, numerous amenities and just a short walk to the beach. The beach was great this year, bigger and better for the kids to play. Owners are responsive and have really thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. We will be back!

My family and I had a wonderful week long stay. The property is perfectly located a block away from the beach and a few walkable blocks from the Pirates Den restaurant. The house is one of the most well-equipped accommodations I have ever stayed in - the hosts have thought of everything. You can really see the thought and care that went into decorating, renovating and equipping the home. It is bright, clean and perfect for a beach getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The property also has mostly everything you would need. Our two little ones (ages 3 and 5) really enjoyed our stay and it is very family friendly in a great location. Amy and Jim were very accommodating and responsive hosts!

We had a great stay. The house was clean, quiet and inviting. The house came equipped with everything we needed for us and our young children (kid plates/cups, baby gates, sand toys, beach wagon) which made packing much easier. Definitely recommend and hope to return.

The house was very clean and comfortable, and the hosts were very easy to work with and responsive. We really appreciated that there were beach chairs and a wagon. We had a fantastic experience!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was beautiful and clean. It had all accommodations. We had our 4 year old and 15 month old and we’re so thankful for baby gates, kids dishes and toys. Brigantine beach is an amazing place. Owners were quick to answer with any questions.

My family and I loved staying at Jim and Amy’s. The house was incredibly clean and had everything we needed inside (kitchen, linens) and outside (grill, propane, beach chairs and an umbrella). It felt like we were in a nice hotel. Jim and Amy were very accommodating and prompt to respond to questions. I would like to mention this was our first time staying at the north end of brigantine and the beach is very very narrow, meaning there was nowhere to go during high tide without getting wet, and there were many greenhead flies which we never experienced in our years staying on the south end. Other than that our stay was perfect! Highly recommend.

My family and I spent a wonderful week at this house. It’s so spacious and immaculate. The kitchen is fully stocked, even had dishes for children. It’s was so convenient not to have to bring your own towels or bedding.
There’s a wagon with beach chairs and they even provided beach tags. He beach is a block and a half away which is fantastic. You can see the ocean from the house.
We were six adults and 2 babies and there was plenty of room for all of us.
I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this home for a vacation or quick getaway. I certainly plan on on returning!

The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, silverware snd glassware. All the furniture was attractive and comfortable. The towels and linens were excellent quality. My family and I spent 4 nights at this beautiful home. We’ve stayed at many VRBOs and this one was definitely the all around best. It is extremely clean, brand new, excellent location in a quiet friendly town. It felt like home but with all the conveniences of a hotel. Everyone slept well because the mattresses were amazing! The towels were fresh, plentiful and felt brand new. There were thoughtful packets of soap, shampoo and lotion in the bathrooms. The set up of the house is perfect with bedrooms on the 1st and third floor and kitchen living room on the second. It gives everyone a nice individual space and yet a comfy meeting area to gather in. The beach is an easy block and a half away and beach chairs are conveniently located outside. Everything was in great shape and the host had excellent communication with all questions. Check out was a breeze! We loved our stay and will try to come back next year!

I am from the area, so I come back every summer for a vacation with my family. This was my absolute favorite place to stay! It's clean, nicely updated, and has everything you will need for a great vacation at the beach. This VRBO is in a fantastic location - just a quick walk to the beach, easy parking, and quiet neighborhood.
The property owners are organized, make check in/out a breeze, and are easy to communicate with via text or email.
We're already making plans to come back again next year!

1st Brigantine Experience
Amy & Jim's place did not disappoint. The location is super close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. The actual place itself was very clean and everything is updated as mentioned in the listing. They provided beach tags, chairs and a beach cart which was nice because it was one less thing to pack. This was my family's first time staying in Brigantine and we had some friend join us with their 1 year old daughter as well. The house worked out perfectly for two families. They took the downstairs and we took the upstairs master bedroom. It worked out perfectly! The backyard and outside shower were nice and I wish we were able to utilize it more. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Brigantine. We hope to stay again.

Our first stay on the North End of Brigantine
We are familiar with Brigantine but never stayed in a VrBO or on the north end. The location to the beach was great and we were mostly away from a lot of traffic. The property was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. This was much nicer that other rentals as they had a linen service and you didn’t need to bring towels and sheets. I would highly recommend and would stay again.
