Fully furnished 2 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms, 2 level Coach House. A lovely, comfortable rental with two separate entrances and private patio located in a quiet, pretty residential cul-de-sac close to Tsawwassen Town Centre. Within walking distance to shopping, transportation, golf and beach. Offering 1,200 square feet of living space on two levels. The upper level features an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with windows on all sides enjoying landscaped views. A claw foot tub is featured in the upstairs bathroom. Downstairs a large Master bedroom offers a charming bay window, 3 piece ensuite bathroom with shower and stacking washer & dryer, An extra large walk in closet, and storage. The 2nd bedroom queen size bed is separated by privacy curtains but can be open to enjoy the large space complete with working area, 50" TV and single day bed.

Everything was superb. Clean and private. Went with my father in law and 1 year old to watch family playing lacrosse for a week in Ladner and it was super central to everywhere we needed to be. Highly recommend.

Our family stayed at this adorable cottage for four days. It is 50 minutes from Vancouver in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of restaurants, sports areas, and shopping close by. Cottage was well stocked and clean. Would definitely stay there again when visiting Canada. Great communication by owners.

Allocated street parking in front of property at end of cul-de-sac so it is a quiet location. No fenced yard for dog at the coach house but was a nice property that allowed pets and was easy to go out the front door for walks in the neighborhood. Lovely kitchen and large dinning/living area on the upper level, bedrooms are on the lower entry level. Coffee and a few biscotti was a nice touch!

We really emjoyed our stay at the Tsawwassen Coach House. Everything went well, Sue was accommodating to us. As advertised, the parking is very restricted, which didn't make us feel free to have the family guests for Christmas. However, Sue made room for an extra car when needed. Nice quiet neighbourhood! I really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen utensils and appliances.

My family stayed for 2 nights, but wished it was longer. The coach house was clean and comfortable. We like the modern furniture and the convenient pantry items (coffee, etc). Even though we arrived late (after 10pm), Sue greeted us in the driveway and offered to help us with collecting the keys.

Cozy, comfy, peaceful & convenient! An amazing experience that felt like home away from home in every sense. A true pleasure to have experienced this beautiful property, my only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. A short walk to anything and everything you could possibly need in ten minutes or less. We had the pleasure of meeting Sue & you couldn't ask for a better host, genuine, compassionate, friendly & professional. Thank you so much for allowing us this memorable experience and hopefully we may have the opportunity to stay here,again.

Completely lovely and picturesque two story cottage property with comfy furniture and an inviting atmosphere. The neighborhood was quiet and well manicured, but also conveniently walking distance to a number of shops and restaurants. Add the fact that our dog was allowed made this a perfect getaway. There were also a number of small but nice touches which are the things that always stand out when I stay at vrbos. Extra pillows, blankets, and fans for warmer days really made the stay extra comfortable. Also the upstairs tub was a dream! We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this location if you’re visiting the greater Vancouver area.

We had a wonderful stay at the Coach house. It was clean, nicely stocked, and cozy. The upstairs bathroom has a unique bath tub which my daughter enjoyed. The neighborhood is nice and tucked away in a quiet area away from the bustle of Vancouver but close enough to access everything within 30 mins. We were also super close to Centennial Beach. We watched the tide retreat deep into the bay, which gave the kids an opportunity to play around in the wet sand. Very fun. Overall, I highly recommend the Coach house.

I was renting this space for work purposes. I was working in Richmond. Super easy travel each day!! I absolutely loved this place!! Very clean, quiet and had everything I needed snd more. Sue is very polite and accommodating!! Only 1.2K walk to a beautiful beach trail . The house is very bright and the culdasac is lined with beautiful mature trees!! I will definitely stay again!

Had an absolutely lovely time on our stay at this property. Sue was very welcoming made our stay as easy as possible. We brought our little pup and he loved it too! The area is nice and very quiet and relaxing which was exactly what we were looking for coming from downtown. There are some nice parks within walking distance and shopping/restaurants are close by too. Overall very pleased and would stay again!

This place is nicely furnished and well looked after. There is attention to many details (water filter, welcome gift, choice of coffee makers, hand cream by each sink etc). The living area with the dining and kitchen combined is very spacious. The reason I gave communications a 3 was because I had been clear, in writing, before I booked how I planned to enjoy the place over Christmas and then a week before was being questioned about it. As well, there were very clear written instructions about how to leave the place which I followed, however was questioned about that as I left.

This is the first time I've stayed at a VRBO. It was absolutely beautiful. I'm not sure what others are like, but this one was fabulous! Safe neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. The home was equipped with everything my daughter and I needed and more. The huge walk-in closet, cozy bedroom, and gorgeous kitchen to host a family dinner; which I did! Not to mention the gas fireplace to add to the ambiance. You can walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. My 2 dogs felt right at home too! The owner thought of everything. I will be staying here again!! Thank you for making our stay so special, Sue!
