Nestled into Noosa's exclusive Little Cove is one of Noosa's best kept secrets - a boutique complex of four beautiful apartments with views to the waves tumbling onto the foreshore of "nationals", the famed surf point in Noosa's national park.
Featuring a heated pool, ducted air conditioning and the most relaxing covered patio with exceptional views to the waves and ocean and Noosa National Park, all only a few minutes walk.
The apartment design and styling is casual and elegant.
A walk in from little cove or Hastings St takes you through past lush manicured gardens and a securely gated entrance with a beautiful trickling pond of gold fish. On arrival you will know that you have chosen somewhere special to stay that is lovingly cared for.
Take in the views to the ocean over the pool from the shuttered main patio, or a private garden courtyard with outdoor dining and BBQ provides and additional space to relax in & for children to play.
Featuring travertine tiles throughout and high quality fixtures and fittings. The apartment is exclusively NBN connected Wifi with Smart TV, Apple TV and a quality blue tooth audio system.
A relaxing, up to date tropical decor fits in beautifully with the backdrop of the National Park. Wide opening bifold French Doors from the lounge and master bedroom open onto the ocean facing patio.
The bathrooms are very generous in space, particularly the oversized master ensuite and robe areas.
The twin bedrooms ( one can be converted to a king bed on request ) are also air conditioned and have beautiful picture windows with louvres.
All bedrooms feature black out electric blinds for those who are not early risers and prefer a sleep in!
An exceptionally well fitted out kitchen provides all you will need if you'd like to cook in house, with many extras carefully thought of. Quality cutlery, crockery, beautiful wine and champagne glasses have not been spared either. There is also a Nespresso Coffee Machine with pods includes.
There is tandem parking for two cars with a lift to the apartment from the secure basement garage parking.
There are four apartments in Villa Nett but only this apartment is holiday let, the complex is quiet and intimate. You will love the feeling of quality and style at Ville Nette, and the location is second to none.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Nette. A much need respite from winter. Villa Nette provided the perfect getaway that could accommodate our family of four, plus my parents. The heated pool was a real win for our 3 year old who was in there every day. All the amenities and rooms were very well appointed. Location is great for beach access, national park and getting in and out of town. Lovely all round.

Craig and Marion were wonderful hosts during our family stay at Villa Nette. The apartment was beautifully clean and equiped with everything we needed. Wonderful quiet location with incredible views of Little Cove and the National park, yet only a short 10 minute stroll to Hastings Street. Our toughest decision each day was to either walk 2 minutes to swim at Little Cove or stay at Villa Nette and swim in the outdoor heated pool.

Lovely property, as the pictures present. White Linen and Limestone, cool breezes and a heated pool, we were most greatful for. Our hosts were most responsive to our requests. So much better than a restrictive hotel, it felt like a home away from home. Would have liked to be able to cook more, hampered by lack of appliances, is my only negative. Ps., I almost forgot, we were most appreciative of the lovely welcome plate with drinks.. saved us rushing out.

This is a wonderful, beautifully decorated apartment with a great view overlooking the pool and ocean. The location is super—steps from the beach and coastal walk in the national park in one direction and a 5-10 minute walk to Noosa shops in the other. The property manager met us at check in with nice welcome amenities and we’re easy to contact if needed.

We loved our stay at Villa Nette. Craig and Marion were attentive before and during our stay and the house was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Despite the rain (we had the bad fortune of having 3 days of rain on the Sunshine Coast) we were able to appreciate the beauty of the surrounding area. We loved the easy access to the parks, beaches and Hastings Street.
