If you are looking for comfort, peace and nature in the Willingen Upland away from the lively main town of Willingen, you have come to the right place!
Willingen-Usseln is a climatic health resort with a spa park and two ski lifts, its own town center with good shopping opportunities, a train station and all kinds of family-friendly leisure facilities. Willingen is 5km away. More Usseln information :
The house:
"Free Willi" (volunteer Willinger) - that's what they call the many volunteers who make the World Cup ski jumping possible every year.
Facilities:
- Living room with dining area and TV, hi-fi
- Separate kitchen with dishwasher and good equipment:
Coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, mixer and a good selection of spices.
- Bedroom 1 with double bed (180x200) and wardrobe
- Bedroom 2 with double bed (160x200) and wardrobe
- Winter garden with double sofa bed (180x200) for 5th/6th person
- South-facing terrace with seating area, deck chairs and grill
- Small garden with storage shed for bicycles and skis.
- Modern shower room with towel warmer, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror and window
- Separate guest toilet
- General parking space

In winter, a toboggan, games collection. Playground/playground only 50m away.

Willingen family pass - free entry to 12 leisure facilities for one week during the summer and autumn holidays, including FortFun, Wild & Leisure Park, cable car, summer toboggan run, climbing hall, ice rink, Usseln outdoor pool, mini golf, visitor mine, MilchMUHseum...; The price savings are enormous!
Prices 2023: Children 35€; Adults 45€ (children under 4 years free). You can get the family pass from the Willingen Tourist Information Office.

All basic prices are for 4 people and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning.
Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 4 nights!
Please take the following surcharges/discounts into account:
- Surcharge for short stay 2 nights: + 109€
- Surcharge for short stay 3 nights: + 45€
- Discount: 4 nights weekdays Mon-Fri (except holidays/public holidays) of 15%.
- Discount: 7 for 6 nights (except holidays and public holidays)
Note:
For 7-night bookings Sunday-Sunday, we can only partially grant the 7 for 6 nights discount, as our cleaning staff are paid according to the tariff and receive double pay for work on Sundays and public holidays.
You will receive the binding total price from us with an inquiry or booking by email.
- We accept booking requests under the seasonal minimum stay at the earliest 4 weeks in advance - or if there are gaps in bookings.
- Arrivals/departures on Saturdays are only possible for stays of 5-6 nights
- Surcharges are possible for events and special dates not listed in the seasonal prices!
- In addition, there is the tourist tax of currently € 2,50 per person per day for people aged 15 and over
Deposit & payment conditions:
A general deposit of € 300 is charged for this property.
You must transfer the deposit up to 14 days before arrival together with the remaining payment - and it will be transferred back to you within seven to ten working days after departure.
Terms of payment:
- 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Remaining payment up to 14 days before arrival
- For short-term bookings - Cash payment on site is not possible!
Additional services, if wanted bookable for separate fee directly at the property manager:
