A lovely manor with a huge garden to unwind from our busy modern day lifestyles.

Tom and Fran are Amazing Hosts, ensuring that everyone is happy and settled in. We arrived an hour early and we were allowed to check in without any issues. A huge garden, with "Star" the lovely friendly dog included. It was lovely meeting the children as well! The freshly cooked breakfast was amazing, The manor has lots of history with hidden secrets, the only way to find out is to go and stay there!

No fridge available. It would be great if a fridge would be available to use even if a shared fridge amongst guests in a communal area.

A peaceful, comfortable stay with lovely hosts, loads of character and a cracking breakfast.

Fascinating old building packed with period furniture, old books, paintings and ornaments. Big, comfortable bed. Lovely cooked breakfast. Ample parking. Quiet location.

Fantastic, welcoming, lovely hosts. Comfortable room and bed. Delicious breakfast and a charming old house and property. Bathroom was clean and well equipped. Twenty five minute Uber from the airport in a beautiful part of England.

Everything ! Quirky house with a very homely feel to it, massive amounts of character, history & charm throughout the whole building with lovely gardens to the rear. Hosts were really friendly & welcoming, room was lovely & clean with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Can't fault anything on our stay & will be back.

A perfect quiet and refreshing escape, definitely visiting again whenever we’ll need to be in London!

An absolutely stunning house surrounded by a beautiful garden. The room was very clean and comfortable, and it was fully furnished with anything you might need. The owners were brilliant, very friendly and welcoming (and so were their adorable pets!)

Amazing place!!!

Such an enjoyable stay. The room had such great quirky characteristics, sloped floors, and a huge comfy bed with decent pillows for any head/neck alignment. The bathroom is beautiful, a deep bath, lots of hot water, and wonderful toiletries that's left my skin smelling delightful. Fransecsa is memorable for her radiance and warm conversation. Feel very blessed to have met her. Thank you, I will be back x

Beautiful find, fantastic B&B

Beautiful, quirky building with lots of history. Very comfy beds, spotlessly clean and hosts are lovely and very welcoming. Delicious breakfasts, excellent value for money.

I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay somewhere that is just a bit different.

Totally non- corporate. The house is very characterful. Hosts welcoming and very helpful. Beds very comfortable and the bath towels were the best I've ever had. Breakfast in the old dining room was superb.

It didn't bother us but the family has a cat and a dog so if you are allergic to either don't stay here.

Warm welcome, Wonderful breakfast, Sweet night, Coffee and fresh milk provided.

For breakfast, I wanted wholemeal Pitta bread that was provided for me. Tom was wonderful and very kind. The room was clean and my sleep was sweet because of the quietness of the place.

A sign post telling people where Old manor House is located. i was going round and roun trying to find the place.

Great night away in a wonderful house with lovely hosts (and their family) and first class breakfast.

Fantastic Tudor house that has been added to over the years. Quirkily decorated and furnished. Really lovely room with very comfortable bed.

It’s a bit of a way for us so we can’t easily stay again - but we will!

A very relaxing weekend

Fran and Tom were so lovely, we felt very welcome in their home. Nothing was too much trouble. The house has so many interesting items dotted around. Breakfast was wonderful, lots to eat, very tasty The room was great, I sat on the window seat knitting in the evening watching foxes play at the bottom of the garden, it was very peaceful. The bed was lovely and comfortable. Toiletries were a nice touch in the bathroom.

Lovely stay in a extraordinary Manor!

Fran and Tom are very lovely hosts. They get you everything you need for a cosy stay and delicious breaktfast (including the right music after the Tom-Jones-Concert the night before - thank you Tom!) . And the Manor is full of history!

Not really something to complain but I was misled by the pictures of the Manor - at booking.com it looks more like a hotel with a salon and a park. Those pictures are a couple of years old. The house and garden look now like what it is - a home to a lovely family with to little children! :)

Tom & Fran made us feel very welcome, and nothing was a problem to resolve. It was a fascinating home, with interesting history, and a lovely aspect. Breakfast was very good, with genial hosts.
