This cottage is very clean, nicely furnished, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect for walking in Riverside Park, to the Pump House, or to see many of the beautiful historic homes in the area, and the area seems very safe so we had no concerns about walking at night. The host was wonderful, and made sure the house stayed warm in an unusual cold snap. We highly recommend this place.

My mother was visiting from Oklahoma while I was busy with a local play production. We thoroughly enjoyed this sweet respite. Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting town!

I was in town for my husband’s memorial. Being Father’s Day I did not want to mess with over crowded restaurants and cold food. I hosted a light summer lunch for 8 and the home worked beautifully. Will certainly use it again

The house was adorable, very clean and had everything we needed. Great place for a weekend getaway!

The house was adorable and was portrayed just as the photos showed. The rooms were very spacious. The location was right in the center of down town and easy to access. The only disadvantage was both bathrooms were not cleaned at all and we had to clean ourselves. The Fridge also needed to be cleaned inside. This may have just been overlooked this time but overall a very cozy and cute house and would recommend staying here.

My husband and I absolutely loved this house. It had everything we needed and more. It was so clean & comfortable. One minor thing was that the master shower just had a partial glass, so I was splashing water on the floor, and it would have been nice to have a closed shower to keep me warmer. We were in town for a wedding, so we didn't have much time to use the kitchen and just enjoy this awesome house.

Excellent quite, convenience area central location. The house is simply beautiful ❤️ and will be using it again. Since I travel to Victoria, to visit family. I live in Hondo,Tx 28 miles from San Antonio. It's worth the drive and stay I experienced.

Enjoyed out stay at this lovely house while visiting family in Victoria for the holidays. Lovely front porch for coffee in the morning. Awesome tub for soaking after a long day. We didn’t have time to cook but the kitchen was awesome and well equipped.

Stayed here with family and friends and it was a great spot. Quick access to downtown and park and several restaurants. Highly recommend.

This is a BEAUTIFUL property and would 1000% stay here again, but this property DOES NOT SLEEP SIX! We were a little upset to find the sofa (we assumed was a sleeper sofa from the pictures) was in fact NOT a sleeper. Two of our guests didn’t have a bed! One slept on the leather sofa and the other on the hardwood floor!
Summary: PERFECT place for FOUR guests, maybe 5 if they don’t mind sleeping on a cold leather sofa, but definitely NOT six.
