The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Property owner came through & exterminated the place personally after see few cob webs & bugs also gave us a discount plus for nxt stay as well 👌🏽

The pictures of the back yard were nothing like it was. There were weeds for a backyard and the cornhole they advertised was rotten. The house was filled with bugs in the bathtub and floor. We killed a bunch of huge spiders inside the house including one big black one in the child’s room. The house was not stocked well either. Before we left we cleaned and it seemed cleaner when we left.

We booked this house at the same day and there were some delays on the check in, but after that everything was great. The house has a lot of space, a fully equipped kitchen and large backdoor with grill. A suggested solution to visit the area!

We enjoyed the size and set up of the home. Backyard was great. Home was not clean when we arrived, cob webs and spiders! Also a big ant problem in the kitchen. No outside trash. No blinds in front room so it lacks privacy. Also kitchen sink works sometimes. Which was annoying. We would most likely not stay here again— although for McKinleyville it was pretty nice!

All of the accommodations were great. we loved the big backyard and even took advantage of the badminton set and corn hole. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very nice. We’d definitely stay here again.
