Sehr gerne wieder

Modern eingerichtet mit persönlicher Note zum wohlfühlen. Bequeme Betten,. Zusatzkissen. Ballkon und herrlicher Aussicht über Reykjavik, inkl. Perlan und Halgrimskirka. Pkw-Stellplatz direkt vorm Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhätnis.

Küchenausstattung minimalistisch,.wichtige Utensilien wie Salatschüssel, Müslischalen, einfache Gläser fehlen. Anzahl der Teller, Besteckteile, Tassen usw. zu gering (4 Stück für 3 Personen - Geschirrspüler so nicht effektiv nutzbar).

Lussuoso appartamento in centro!

Abbiamo avuto un upgrade del proprietario avevo dato un grandissimo e bellissimo appartamento in centro città. E se trovava in centro in zona ZTL intorno tutti caffetterie i negozi di souvenir. Disponibili parcheggio. appartamento circa 100 m mega comodissimo conduco camera da letto 2 bagni Perfino aveva la piastra per capelli i carichi infrarossi per cellulare. In cucina non mancava nulla kit benvenuti per caffè. Tutto fatto con gusto. proprietario stra gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Appartamento per sette letti volendo. Noi eravamo in 5 E io adorato le loro grandissime finestre e senza tende( c'erano sempre ma maggior parte di islandesi non chiudono è bellissimo osservare. Un sincero grazie al proprietario!

Peccato di stare lì solo 12 ore a dormire. Avremmo goduto molto di più tempo permettendo durante il nostro tour.

Wunderschön, gerne wieder

Bodentiefe Fenster, super Ausblick auf Stadt und Meer, an einem Abend konnten wir sogar die Nordlichter sehen. Helles und geräumiges Apartment, sehr sauber, alle notwendigen Kochutensilien vorhanden. Die Waschmaschine hatte einen integrierten Trockner.

Ein Staubsauger war nicht vorhanden

Fijn verblijf van onze laatste nacht Ijsland

Veel ruimte in het appartement. Fijne bank en heel comfortabel bed. Alles aanwezig, je kunt makkelijk een eenvoudige maaltijd maken en er was ook een wasmachine en droger in 1. Er lagen waspads klaar die je kon gebruiken, wij hebben er geen gebruik van gemaakt. Heldere en eenvoudige check-in. Het appartment ligt aan de weg naar de stad. Je bent er heel snel.

Niets, maar wat wel goed is om je bewust van te zijn (wij wisten dit zeker van tevoren door goed de informatie en foto's te bekijken) dat het appartement boven een bedrijf zit. Je hebt hier op geen enkele manier last van, maar dan weet je het als je komt aanrijden.

We enjoyed a restful time after driving the ring road

No breakfast included. The view was beautiful. Everything was just as listed. Very clean and no exit rules. Just below several eateries and a grocery. Really helpful as we arrived tired from driving.

Our lockbox code ran out of batteries. We called the owner and he arrived within a few minutes to help. No problem and he was super nice. The steps were outside and steep. Just be careful.

Jederzeit wieder wenn wir mit dem Auto Reykajvik besuchen.

Alles bestens mit nettem Interieur und ausreichend Platz. Alles sehr neuwertig und stylisch. Auch ein Parkplatz für unser Auto war unmittelbar vor unserem Appartment verfügbar.

Die Raumtemperatur schaffte es nicht über 20,2 Grad obwohl mehr eingestellt wurde, auch nicht über Nacht. Aufgang zum Appartment etwas schmal und mit schwere Koffer dann doch etwas herausfordernd.

The apartament is on the outskirts of the city on top of some industrial shops but very nice clean and equpeed with big windows and super view on the ocean.

Parking could be better organised. Apartment is on the 1 st high floor - access only by stairs.

There was no exhaust in the kitchen, we started cooking and alarm beeped then we threw the half cooked food and ate outside. I was very disappointed.

The apartment is clean and spacious. It seems just remodeled and very new . All the appliances are new . It is closed to town, only 10 minutes drive to the town . Supermarket is nearby. The Braud bakery is nearby, the best bakery in town. If you stay there , you must go there for the cinnamon rolls.

It seems it is not in residential area , it is old building was remodeled for travelers. However it is safe area. Also , the pots they provided in the kitchen can’t use in cooktops, we have to use the grill pan to make soups. I don’t understand why they provide this kind of pots that can’t use on the cooktops.

Great flat in Reykjavik

For Reykjavik it's a really good price, yes it's not in the center, but you can easily reach the downtown by car or with a bus. Great park 5-8 mins drive from Appartment with a waterfall and a forest. Really nice bakery next door. Uncomplicated check in, there are park places next door. Very modern and comfy, kitchen good equipped, great shower and one can have a nice time with family or friends there.

Great value.

The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and had a great location and view. We were well pleased and had a great stay. Conveniently located to see the sights.

It was confusing getting the code for our room. After we were in and settled another family was given the same code and actually should have had our room. When we contacted the manager, he gave them the code to what was to have been our room. It was confusing but partly our fault because we were to have contacted them to make arrangements earlier than we did. It worked out though.

Nice place, modern, fresh and clean

Apartment is modern, fresh and clean. Kitchenette is well equipped for 4 persons. Parking available just in front of the building. Location is not perfect for city tours, but if you come by car it is very convenient for other excursions.

Lovely homely apartment. Great location. Heated floors. Amazing.

The location was great. Everything about the inside was lovely. Really homely.

Only one downside was the grease in the bottom tray in the oven. So when I put something in, not knowing the pan in the bottom still had grease in it, after 10 minutes of cooking the smoke detector had gone off and the grease in the bottom was boiling. This pan was then left outside for the rest of the trip. sorry we forgot to put it back in the oven, but then again it needed to be cleaned properly and not left for the next visitor.

Exceptional

The place was so nice with a glass wall with a view of the city, we really enjoyed our stay there. The kitchen was fully equipped, with a coffeee machine and everything.

The porch light was on all night, the front door's glass window did not block it, so it was a bit bright in the living room to sleep in.

saw the auroras from the balcony

map suggested it was the second to last building on google maps. took an extra 30 mins to get inside. not an issue with the stay. also couldn’t get the tv connect to the Wi-Fi. and streaming stick wasn’t turning on.

One of the best apartments i have stayed in. Absolutely loved everything about it, especially the view as we got to see northern lights from the window both nights 😊
