Enjoyed our stay

Very clean apartment bed 🛏 really comfortable great size rooms kitchen well equipped also had a shop opposite and the pavilion 🎭 theatre just a 10 minute drive would recommend others to stay there 😊

Nice little apartment by the seaside

Location, lots of take aways nearby, walking distance to seaside. Comfortable, homely feel, parking outside on the drive, little gesture of information in the apartment. Lots of messages from Tanya with photos, about how to get in the apartment, which was thoughtful too.

Very good stay with good free parking. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean and welcoming. Only stayed one night but free parking was good. Very near sea and facilities.

Not a lot to criticise. Wife was bit concerned about stairs but not a massive drawback.

Lovely clean apartment..just what we was looking for ..comfortable and clean

The apartment was perfect for whst we needed it for ..provided a nice space to chill and relax

I couldn't get the toilet to flush ..but not a problem as my partner could. There was a notice explaining but I just couldn't do it 😅

Location good. Nice flatlet. Spotless. As we didnt stay and weren't happy, Tanya kindly gave us a part refund. Thank you.

Awful smell on entering building. No indication which door was the flat. Bed and bedding awful, looked grubby and mattress wasnt supportive. We couldn't sleep on it.

Adequate. Southend people very friendly.

Was clean on the whole . Bags of hot water and good shower . Had washing machine . Parking. Host did introduce herself .

Situated not far from sea front but road was in a really run down , scruffy area. Apartment was very cluttered . Suitable for a weekend or a couple only for longer stays , otherwise would be too cramped . No drying facilities, with did ask about a maiden but it didn’t happen . Just bought a cheap one ourselves . Microwave oven no instructions. Although hob and toaster adequate . Needs decluttering and paint job .

Some areas of the stay were nice and some were not

The bed was comfy and it had cups/pots and pans for cooking, bedding and towels smelt clean and I liked the touch of plants and games

The toilet is a struggle to flush, the TV audio was crackly so we couldn’t use it, the microwave knob didn’t work properly for the timer, there was a random false eyelash in the bathroom.

Bit dusty on shelves and skirting boards .Sofa bed was little hard .no plug for kitchen or bathroom sink .

Good bed, reasonable kitchen, nice supply of toiletries,etc, no traffic noise although close to busy road and shop

The location is perfect as it's just some few minutes from Southend Central and there are nearby shops The bedroom and front room are very clean and tidy. Same with the kitchen The bathroom and toilet also very clean This accommodation is Excellent

A good, very clean base for a short stay near to the seafront, town, bars, restaurants, cafes etc

Location good, very near to the seafront & activities Apartment was very clean & well presented, everything there you need for a short stay Communication with the owner/host was good & timely Value for money

No oven at the property [but does have a microwave & hob] Only a handheld shower head available [couldn't seem to fit it anywhere for a proper overhead shower] Mattress a bit soft, but all down to personal preference on that I guess

The apartment was spotless very clean and comfortable it had everything we needed for a pleasant evening.I was able to park outside with no problem and was very near a brilliant Chinese takeaway.I would recommend

A perfect an convenient place to stay. I will be checking for availability again,next time we visit

The location was perfect for us. 2 min drive or 10 min walk from the people we were visiting. A walk to the beach front was so close by. Shops and food right on the door step. interesting getting out of the parking spot but that was helped by being directed out. Glad of the dedicated parking space.

I suppose the views but we didn't book with that in mind.
