Superb location, very well appointed.

The Seagulls is in an amazing location, has sweeping coastal views and the interiors are very well appointed. We had everything we needed for a truly relaxing stay. In the middle of ice-cold weather we also appreciated how warm and cozy the flat is. We felt lucky the owners are making this wonderful place accessible to members of the public.

We loved staying in this flat in North Berwick. The location couldn't be better.

Excellent location. Right on the sea front. Close to restaurants and bars.

It was chilly in the sitting room. Very draughty around the windows at the front. They would benefit from some insulation. We spent most of our stay outdoors so this was not an issue for us.

Superb

The location of this property is breathtaking. North Berwick is very special: a lovely village/town with plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants and golf courses. The flat itself is not glamorous but it suited us as it had everything it needed plus the view. The walk from the station pretty easy 15 minutes.

Two very long flights of stairs up. No manager on-site, so code supplied to access key. Very late check-in 4pm. These things were manageable for us but just including for information.

A pretty town and a comfortable place to stay.

Comfortable bed and sofa. Fantastic view. Close to shops and amenities. Free station carpark for going into Edinburgh.

Not exactly dislike but we were asked to take our rubbish away, thankfully we hadn't much and none of it was smelly.

Really lovely flat , would be happy to book again .

Have to say the view from the living room . Quiet and peaceful. Very close to all amenities , everything was nearby . A lovely quaint little flat , perfect for couples . Could have spent hours hours just looking out of the window to the beach and sea beyond , sitting on the window seat …… beautiful .

Access to flat , need to underline that you need to pull the door towards you after putting the key into the lower lock . Made aware on booking , but it could easily be missed , as it was with us , eventually worked out . We are keen recyclists need more details where to put rubbish . The advice given in the flat is just that rubbish needs to be removed . Wanted to hoover up at end of stay , but vacuum cleaner didn’t have any suction .

We were there for about 4 weeks and it was like staying in a home from home - wonderful!

The view was magnificent over the bay! The location of the flat was excellent too, just one or two minutes walk to the High Street. The flat was clean and tidy, with all mod cons, including a washing machine, microwave, halogen stove top, etc.

We found it a little tricky to shut the front door, without slamming it and we were concerned that the neighbours wouldn't like that. However, we didn't get any complaints. The other thing we didn't like was HAVING TO LEAVE!! We wanted to stay in the cosy flat for longer and we miss the view very much now we're home (Australia).

A lovely spot to unwind - views are spectacular.

Location second to none

Maybe more cooking gear eg a baking tray. Ideally a dishwasher but I think that's me being fussy.

Nice location, nice apartment but needs some small improvements to make it top notch.

The location was excellent.

The door to the apartment stairway was left unlocked at all times, meaning anyone could gain access to the stairway and other apartments so I felt it could be a security issue. It was particularly cold during our stay but we found that only 2 of the radiators had actually been left on, the rest had been turned off, and the smart meter being in the bedroom was rather off putting as we felt we shouldn't have the heating on so actually took the quilt off the single bed to keep us warm in the lounge in the evening. I would suggest a small heater for use in the lounge would be beneficial and would reduce the need to have the heating on!

The high street and scenery was pleasant

Great for a short break

great little bolthole On the seafront and only 100 yards from Pubs Restaurants and Shops Free parking only 50 yards away

A bigger couch or 2nd seat wold be handy

Great stay. Good value accommodation. Would stay again.

Location was great (right on beach, few mins walk to main Street) & view from living room was amazing. Flat comfortable.

Good

The bedroom door when shut could not be opened from the inside if I had been on my.own and had not a phone in the room.i would have been in trouble this is very serious .I would not book again without written reassurance that it.was fixed .

Great location. Wonderful window seat and view. Nice bedroom.

Small bathroom was ok. Small dining table was just ok. No dishwasher.
