Everything was wonderful during our stay. Our reservation was somehow messed up or something because Wendy thought we were checking in on Saturday instead of Friday. However when we arrived in Greeneville close to midnight Friday night, I contacted our host, and Wendy immediately got back to us and drove over to assist us in accessing the cottage and quickly prepare the space for us. The cottage is absolutely adorable and fully equipped with anything you could need. From an ironing board, to laundry and toiletry items, to snacks and drinks, Wendy is truly a 5-star host!

Every thought is put into making this a wonderful stay. This is a beautiful home. My only gripe is something that isn't controlled by the host, is due to a nearby train track, who blares the horn, I wasn't able to sleep past 6 a.m. and the latest it was happening was 11:45 p.m. so I unfortunately couldn't get more than five hours of sleep a night.

This was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in. Usually there is some miss in a corner or something, but nope this was spotless! This owner went out of her way to be thoughtful. I like getting a place with a kitchen so I can cook meals for my family and usually you end up having to buy something because there’s frying pans and no spatula or something missing you need, this house didn’t have that problem. She even had cookbooks if you wanted to look at for some ideas. I was visiting locals so this was perfect but we also had no issue venturing out to gatlinburg/pigeon forge etc. Oh and driveway was easy to get in and out. I’ll definitely be back!

This cozy cottage is perfect! It is in a great location for me as my son is a student at TU and lives off-campus only about a mile away from this cottage. I enjoyed the neighborhood thoroughly. I sat on the front porch and had coffee in the morning and enjoyed a glass of wine at night on the back screen porch. I also walked into downtown Greenville to my favorite coffee shop, the Catalyst. Thank you for having such a warm and inviting place! I will definitely be back!

I had a court appearance for several days in Greenville, TN. This Cottage was a perfect location. Everything clean and neat. Proper supplies were handy. The owner was polite, punctual and friendly. Great stay.

This was easily the best Vrbo (or similar) property I have stayed in. Spotlessly clean (and dust free); very well-equipped and supplied; tastefully furnished; extremely comfortable bed. Location: easily walkable to downtown Greeneville for a morning coffee, and a good central base for exploring and doing family history research in Greene County and surroundings. I will definitely stay at the cottage when I return to Greeneville.

This is a great little VRBO in TN. Close to TU and downtown. The home has been completely renovated. I looked at pictures of the home before the reno and it’s amazing what the current owner has done. This is a place that is recommended.

This is the second time my husband, our son and I stay at this cottage and we really love it! It is exquisitely furnished, cozy, extra clean, it has everything you may need - and more - in the kitchen and a spacious bathroom. The neighborhood feels safe and it is walking distance from downtown Greeneville and its tourist attractions. I can't stress enough how much we feel like at home when we are there! I think it's because some of the properties for rent are a bit "cold", in the sense that inside they have just the essential items and feel very impersonal. It is not the case with this cottage, that the owner has furnished and decorated as you would do for your own home. It makes a big difference!

Booked for 3 nights, this cottage is well designed and Wendy has thought of everything to make guests feel at home. Super clean, state of the art kitchen,well stocked with snacks & drinks and coffee provided. Washer & Dryer, cozy bed with plush mattress & pillows. lovely living room with sleep sofa. 2 nice size TV's with fabulous set up and wifi. Neighborhood is quiet and safe and charming located downtown. Any questions and Wendy was quick to respond and most helpful.

This place had everything my husband needed for his stay while in town for work. He said it was very clean and tidy and quite (with the exception of a nearby train, but the train was not a problem at all). It was close to everything he needed. Wendy was great with communication. He will be staying here again when he is in town.

I stayed at this property for a long weekend. The house is lovely, it was very clean and charming. Lee. decorated. The location is a short walk to down town Greeneville. The bed was comfy and all the little host touches made my stay relaxing. Wendy was great at communicating with me and the house has a handy info binder that covered all of my questions. I will definitely be booking again.

What a great little place to stay. Probably the cleanest vrbo we've stayed in, and so many thoughtful touches from the hosts. Bed was very comfy, kitchen fully stocked, easy parking. Only one small word of warning, if you are a light sleeper or easily startled by loud noise, there is a train track a couple of blocks away that stays busy throughout the day and night, so bring your earplugs :) But that was a small inconvenience compared to the comfort, sooo much better than any hotel!

Cozy Cottage was absolutely perfect for my needs. Conveniently located to downtown and easy to get to. The interior was lovely and surprisingly spacious for this little house, the towels were soft and fluffy, the bed was comfortable, and they thought of everything you'll need while staying there. Being able to cook and do laundry was wonderful during a long stay. Nice front and back porches. I'll be back!

We had a death in our family and needed a last minute place to stay. We were thrilled to find The Cozy Cottage was available! The cottage was sparkling clean and had plenty of room for our family of three. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were what you would find in a luxury hotel. Very close to downtown so it was easy to head to Catalyst Coffee every morning for breakfast. We didn’t cook while there but the cottage is well stocked and seems to have everything you might need to cook should you want to. Hope to return in warmer weather so we can enjoy the lovely screened in porch! When in town we wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Thank you Wendy for sharing your home with us.

I absolutely loved this property. Clean and very comfortable. I loved the front porch as well as the sun room. Everything was perfect! I was on a work assignment and stayed at this property for 3 weeks. I would highly recommend this property!!!!

I traveled to Greeneville with my teenagers and younger child for an event they were participating in. We were so pleasantly surprised at how fantastic Wendy’s cottage was! The kids were blown away by complementary snacks, teenagers were immediately sending pics to their friends, and we had absolutely everything we needed. The location was ideal for us because we had to be downtown for rehearsals and events all weekend…just a minute away. Incredibly clean, helpful instructions…we truly hope we will get to stay here again the next time we’re in Greeneville. Thank you!

We had the most wonderful stay!! From the yummy snacks to the extremely comfortable bed. The front porch was so relaxing and the addition of the back porch was a pleasant surprise. Our stay at the Blue Cottage was perfect. The house is really lovely, with a very homey athmosphere. The property was very clean and well organized, and our host Wendy was super helpful and kind. We will definitely stay there again next time we happen to be traveling in the Greenville area!

The cottage was spacious,very well furnished. Loved being in a older quiet neighbood, instead of on a busy highway.Close to anywhere you need to go. Large and well equipped kitchen. Very nice bathroom with washer and dryer. Large living and bedroom. Bonus screened in back porch. The linens were top rate. Very clean home. Couldn't have asked for more. Wendy was the perfect host responded to any questions we had Very quickly. Definitely recommend!
