Ottimo hotel

Albergo moderno, pulito, non distante dal centro di Bihac. Parcheggio esterno gratis, frigo in camera.

Colazione scadente, wifi senza password molto vulnerabile ad attacchi hacker.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Zimmer waren extrem schön und auch sauber. Personal extrem nett.

Frühstück war ok. Speisen teilweise kalt, und leider war der Kaffee nicht so stark. Aber gute Auswahl gab es.

Összességében szuper volt! Legfőképp a recepciós srác volt szimpatikus nagyon. Nulla nyelvtudással mentünk és türelmesen

Szép, tiszta, modern, csendes. A személyzet kiváló! Segítőkész.

Első reggel kicsit később mentünk reggelizni, így már nem volt nagy a választék . Sajnos nem nagyon töltötték újra az edényeket. Második nap rutinosabban korábban mentünk. Így nagyobb volt a választék, és sűrűbben is töltötték újra. ( más volt a személyzet, jobban odafigyelt)

A relaxing and unforgettable moment

The manager of the hotel was very kind and friendly. I secretly arranged flowers for my fiancé's birthday, and the execution from the hotel was amazing. They really put so much effort into the presentation and even did more than I could have ever asked for. It will be a memory that we will forever cherish, and hopefully, we will have a chance to visit again in the future.

Some things were not fully to our enjoyment, but it does not feel fair to judge too harshly, since the hotel is still being constructed. The present breakfast location is indoors where many people are smoking, which is very disgusting if you are a non smoker. The manager told us that the future location for breakfast will be nonsmoking, so this is something to look forward to. A minor improvement could be made to the shower, it is a very nice and modern walk-in shower, without a curtain, but the splashing water from the shower creates a small water ballet in the bathroom, with no tools to clean it, leaving for a very wet floor, I think this can be easily resolved if the guest were provided with a water wiper for the floor, that way the water can be pulled to the shower, and the floor would dry more easily.
