Relaxing stay in well cared for surroundings

Immaculate rooms. I can particularly recommend the double with balcony. Talk about room with a view ? Breathtaking . Check which room you book. The double room with the view and balcony is far more superior in my opinion .

This was an unexpected gem in my travels around Italy, I loved every minute of my time here.

Close to the centre of the village with a great shower and co,for table bed. The owner was really helpful and answered any queries really quickly. Totally recommended.

For me I would have loved to have tea making facilities but I realise this is not common in Italy.

stunning scenery, stunning balcony room. fabulous host

beautiful room everything we needed. clean comfortable. our host was amazing so helpful. helped us out with printing tickets for our next destination. fantastic. maratea is a beautiful hilltop town. fab restaurants and our breakfast included just down the road mo distance was lovingly produced. she was lovely. thank you Maratea. we had a lovely rest, enjoyed the stunning scenery. it is quiet but if you need to take time out this is the place to be.

could have done with a kettle to make some tea. would be happy to provide my own tea milk etc. also a little table on the balcony to handle our glass of wine. no big deal, just thought I would mention. overall perfect room and perfect host. thank you

Exceptional

very clean, very spacious and very comfortable room. the location is right near the main square of the town. If you’d prefer a beachside location and don’t have transport, this may not be the place for you. the view was amazing!! you could even watch the view from the window in the bathroom as you take a shower. Although the host did not speak much English, he was very helpful via what’s app messages. He assisted in organising a taxi to and from the train station as well as allowing us to leave our bags longer after check out time.

Nothing!! although maybe some coffee and a kettle would have made this perfect.

Perfect stay for a couple if you want to explore Maratea

The owner was very kind, letting us do the check in before 3pm. The breakfast at the Caffè & dolcezze in the square of the old town was great with fresh orange juice/cappuccino and exceptional local brioches. Very welcoming people. The room is a minute walk by the old town centre and the bus stop. Very clean and we had the beautiful view of the mountain with the giant Jesus from the window.

There were no chairs/a desk, not a dimmable light for the night.
