You have 160m2 made up of:

You will be welcome with bath linen and bed linen.
We are discreet people but we stay available during all your stay.
COMMUNAL SERVICES:
Menthon-Saint-Bernard at 1 km: all shops and services, easy access by foot or bike or car.
* Train station ( SNCF) at 12km in Annecy and then possibility to have bus services.
* Bus stop at 30 meters from the apartment ( line 61 Annecy-Talloires).
RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENTS:
* Ski station such as Seythnex/La Sambuy 1Okm ( 7 ski lifts), cross country ( 20km of ski slope), shops with rental access equipments, ski school or La Clusaz 30km (30mn) (40 ski lifts, 70km of ski slope), ski station for the beginners in Mountain at 11km (2 ski lifts).
* Tennis courts at 2km, fishing in the lake at 1km
* Supervised beaches
*Waterfall of Angon at 2km
* Paraglider at the Col de la Forclaz in 8km, paraglider base in Perroix at 800 meters.
* Aerial adventure in Planfait at 8km.
* Golf 18 holes in Talloires at 10km in Talloires or 5 km in Giez.
* Free access to the bicycle path in front of the property.
* Annecy 13 km: old city and castle, pedestrians streets.
* Large choice of hiking pedestrians activities in all the mountains around the lake.
The tenants have access to all the house.
There is one private car place.
The accommodation is very close from the Lake of Annecy, the mountains and the outdoors activities such as: golf, paraglider, paddle...
Bed and bath linen are provided during your stay.
Possibility to order breakfast.
You can find a bus stop just in foot far from the house which offers destinations like: Annecy, Menthon-Saint-Bernard, Veyerier-du-Lac, Talloires…
