PLEASE NOTE:

★ PARKING:
DO NO PARK DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE DRIVEWAY. PARK ON ROAD BEFORE THE DRIVEWAY. THERE ARE SOME STEEP ROADS TO THE PROPERTY. MUST HAVE 4X4 OR CHAIN DURING WINTER WHEN IT SNOWS.

★ ENTRY:
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code. Check in anytime is 4pm and Check out is 10am. No late check-out or early check-in without permission or additional fee.

★ INTERNET/CABLE:
High Speed Wireless Internet
Smart TVs in each bedroom

★ KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, Keurig coffee maker.
(Food items are not provided due to international Covid travel guideline. We recommend guest to stock up supplies before arrival, Nearest grocery FOOD LION store is 12min away)

★ AMENITIES:
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

★ TRASH:
Please place all trash in trash bags and place in the bear proof trash container in front of cabin. We have weekly scheduled trash pick ups.

★ HOT TUB:
Private Hot Tub for 7 people
Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

★ SECURITY:
Ring Floodlight Security Camera at the front entrance (please do not touch)
NO Indoor Cameras

★ PETS: ALLOWED WITH RESTRICTIONS
House-trained pets are welcomed; $200 for 1st pet and $100 for the 2nd pet. (max 2 pets, 30lbs max weight limit each). Please note that VRBO only charges for one pet so if you will bring two (2) we will request the additional fee via VRBO payment center. We ask guests to bring pet cage/enclosure to keep under control.

★ SMOKING:
Absolutely No Smoking indoors

★ FIRES:
Absolutely no fires inside or out (e.g. fireworks or any that can cause wildfire). Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages. Fireplace is only available inside the cabin.

★ REFUNDS:
No Refund due to weather, natural disaster/during major holiday or circumstances out of our control like wi-fi connectivity issues etc.

★TRASH
Please make sure that all trash are bagged or else trash company will not pick it up. Please know that there's $50 charge for any not bagged garbage.

★BOOTS
Please know that you cannot wear boots inside on wood floors. Any damage will be guest's responsibility. Kindly put ski boots always on rack at the front entry.

★SEVEN DEVILS CHAIN LAW (DURING WINTER)
Please know that the town has a sign posted at the beginning of Seven Devils Road that advises 4WD, chains, or studded snow tires are required when traveling on town roads. Whenever travel by motor vehicles on town streets is hazardous due to snow, ice, or combination of both, the flashing sign shall be clearly illuminated, and the chain law is in effect, requiring: Chains, Snow Tires, Four-wheel Drive/AWD or combination of above. Penalty of $150 will be imposed to those who will violate

Overall a great visit. Beautiful view of Grandfather Mountain, excellent game room for all ages with plenty of room for 4 families. Location is very quiet in the woods above Seven Devils!

Had a great time at your property. Beautiful house. Parking was a bit difficult. Could have used more towels, a can opener and more cooking utensils.

Great cabin close to Grandfather Mountain. Layout of house was perfect for accommodating a family of 10 including children. After hiking in the area it was always a delight to sit in the hot tub and enjoy the views. It was the perfect setting for our family reunion. I highly recommend this cabin if you are planning to stay near Boone NC.

Had a great family Thanksgiving! The house was perfect for us. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed to prepare dinner! Plenty of space for our family if all ages to spread out. The hot tub was a huge hit! The views were just gorgeous. The Christmas tree was a nice touch and made the weekend more festive! Would definitely stay there again!

Our experience with this property was excellent from beginning to end. Jia was very responsive throughout the process and the property itself was amazing. We had a family of 12, which included two kids and there was enough space for everyone to have a comfortable stay. Location is great as it's at the end of the road giving you a lot of privacy and awesome views. The various spaces throughout the house including the jacuzzi, the game room, the various balconies and open concept living room area gave everyone the opportunity to experience the place however they preferred. I am obsessed with cleanliness and can say that this property is one of the best kept properties that I have stayed at. They also provided lots of towels, linens and toiletries, which we appreciated. The short walk to the falls, which our whole family enjoyed was the cherry on top. Thank you Jia for sharing your property with us, for your prompt responses and flexibility. Looking forward to our next stay at your property!

We enjoyed our long weekend at this large house with lots of great amenities. We enjoyed the outside gas fireplace each night, the game area & open concept main area. The beds were very comfortable & house was clean & well maintained. This is a great home for a large group of all ages. We enjoyed the ziplining nearby & views of Grandfather Mountain.

This was our first time to the area and a real mountain experience. This home met and exceeded our needs. The house is very convenient to activities such as zip lining and near Otter falls. It's also 15 minutes to downtown Banner Elk so you will surely enjoy good food and other activities. The location was very close to hiking trails, the vineyard, and a dollar general. It was also 10 min drive to sugar mt ski resort so we plan to come back during ski season. It had great common spaces for us to play some games and it had plenty of bathrooms for all of us. There were ample beds for everyone and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook basic meals. We also really enjoyed the Outdoor fireplace and hot tubs at nights. The layout of the house was so charming and unique; we had fun exploring the space when we arrived! I would absolutely stay here again, thank you so much Jia for having us!

My family and I booked this cabin last minute due to some unforeseen circumstance. During the check-in, Jia was very quick to communicate the check-in information and everything we needed for a perfect stay. The cabin was very clean, luxuriously decorated and fully equipped with what we need. The view from the porch made it hard to leave, but it was a quick 5-10 minute drive to all the hikes we wanted to do and even to downtown Banner elk for a fun dinner. The couch and both dining tables were the perfect size to accommodate our group. Jia was quick to respond to any questions we had. We had an amazing experience here and will definitely be back! Thank you, Jia for accommodating us. We will surely be back if we will be back in town.
