The "Grandview" is an all beach front resort located directly on Grace Bay Beach, and is one of the most beautifully placed properties on the island. With only 18 fully air conditioned private resident suites (perfectly suitable for couples or families), you have an intimate feel, aren't overwhelmed by the crowds, and are located near all conveniences. When staying with us, you are on Grace Bay Beach - not close, not just a partial view, but directly on the beach - a perfect spot for relaxation!
This wonderfully decorated suite boasts views of Grace Bay Beach, and is located within a wonderfully convenient location. Enjoy the turquoise waters and soothing waves as you relax in our beach chairs. You are truly within a magnificent location on Grace Bay.
This 2 bedroom condo has approximately 1900 square feet; so you have room to expand. The master suite includes a king bed and a master bath with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a king and a bunk single,, so you have more than ample room. We also have a blow up mattress just in case, and a Pack-N-Play for small children. The gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops will also meet your every need for that perfect get together. Hang out and enjoy - but chances are you will be at the beach.
The property includes the designer pool and hot tub, dedicated WiFi, bath house, on-site gym - and within walking distance to gourmet restaurants, high end super market, boutique shopping, and conveniently close to golf and casino. Beach chairs are located at the pool and beach for your convenience, and placed out for you each day.

The condo was beautiful, the ocean was amazing, and there were lots of things to do.
My overall rating of 3 was due to other guests at the condo. There was one large group staying in two different units. There were multiple children ranging from 2-9ish and the parents would leave then unattended in the pool area for hours at a time. The children would throw food in the pool, leave dirty dishes, towels, and toys all over the pool area. The unattended food was drawing in seagulls. The children would run and jump in the hot tub with their toys while other (age appropriate) guests were trying to relax. The parents were rude and were very inconsiderate of other guests and the property. All of this, for a week straight, took away from our overall experience.
That being said, the property manager and grounds employees were incredibly friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was great - a short drive or walk to most of the restaurants we ate at, and it was nice being able to simply walk out to the pool or beach. The condo was in excellent condition, and it had plenty of room for our family of four.

The Unit met all our first time to TCI as a family of 5 with teens (age 13-15) needs & expectations. Charles & Regina were extremely attentive to questions & needs. It is a 15-20 min walk to Salt Mills Plaza.
Unit met all our needs & then some. Make sure you make note of the unit agreement upon booking with the Unit Number. This was only reference I could find post arriving at the building, and attempting to figure out where to go, in the heat. Regina was present waiting for us to knock and upon arrival and went over all the home had to offer. Ask how to lock and unlock the door.
Regina will go out of her way to make your stay just like home. I recommended adding a Kcup coffee machine in the future and it was at the unit the next day! She is also available to stock your refrigerator and cabinets, plus a mid week cleaning.
The unit has a gorgeous view. Walk out to pool and beach is a few steps pass the pool.

*Pelican bay has daily half price drinks. You can access via beach (right side of Grandview if looking at water) or out the gate and across the lot
*Grace Bay Club (access via beach (left side of Grandview if looking at water)) - has amazing tacos at Krave (lunch only) (Taco beach stand was closed for construction while we were there but same tacos); Element bar/restaurant beautiful fire pits, wine bar and I hear great food ( my teens didnt want to eat here); and The Grille is a great lunch spot.

We had the best time at this Condo. Regina welcomed us with water and fruit as we arrived from our delayed flight. She was so nice and explained everything about the condo. The condo was stocked with detergent (all free and clear), Ziploc bags, aluminum foil, paper plates, paper towels, toilet paper. There were 5 beach towels and plenty of bath towels. We traveled with my 2 parents, myself and my husband, and our 2 year old and 9 month old. There was a lotus travel pack n play in the room which fit well under the Slumberpod we brought. We had our son sleep in the large master bathroom and there was still so much room. Our 2 year old slept in the master in the pack n play we brought with us. The condo is beautiful and bright. The location is perfect. We were able to be at the pool while the kids would nap and the baby monitor still worked. The WiFi worked well, and they have Netflix on the tv too! The beach was beautiful. We walked along the beach and even through Villa renaissance resort (where we considered staying) and we were so happy we chose this condo instead. It was just perfect for what we needed for our family. We would love to stay here again in the future. We just wouldn’t travel on a Saturday again because of the airport.

This was our first time staying at Grandview and it was absolutely incredible. Working with Charles and Regina was so easy. Charles answered all of my myriad of questions before our stay and Regina met us at the room once we arrived and went through everything with us.
The location is perfect. Right on a great stretch of one of the best beaches in the world. We cannot recommend Grandview enough and are looking forward to another stay soon!

I've been to T&C four times now and have always stayed at hotels. I'm so glad I opted to stay in the condo this time around. It's a perfect location, super clean and very well appointed. Charles is very responsive throughout the booking process and Regina is an EXCELLENT on-site host. This place is a true gem. I'd go back in a heartbeat!

Ground floor, walk-out unit - super convenient. The view is incredible! Regina, the property manager, was warm and friendly and met us upon arrival to give us the keys and a rundown of the apartment. A fruit tray & water were waiting for us in the fridge as a welcome gift - such a nice touch. The apartment was very clean & well-furnished. The kitchen has SS appliances and is stocked with small appliances (toaster, blender, Mr Coffee machine (cone filters), microwave, electric teapot) and lots of accessories for your cooking, baking, and cocktail-making needs. The AC worked perfectly & the water pressure was great.
The property is well maintained including the pool & hot tub. The beach in front of the property was clean and quiet. Chairs & umbrellas were set up each morning; beach towels were supplied in our unit. No housekeeping services were provided during our stay, but you could make arrangements with Regina for a mid-week cleaning if needed. The cable TV worked great with access to Netflix, but the internet didn't always cooperate so that could be frustrating. Large screened-in porch with a lounge chair, table seating for 4, and a storage box filled with beach toys and floats. Paddleboard also available. We rented a car during our stay which made going to the market and getting around at night easy and convenient; we never had a problem finding parking anywhere.

We stayed for 1 week on Dec. 2023 with our family of 4 adults and 2 kids (2 and 6).
The unit is exactly as pictured but even more spacious than expected! Two full baths, and tons of room for us and all our stuff. Regina was our in-person resource and was unbelievable warm and helpful. Charles helped with the booking and was responsive and prompt when we sent random questions and gave great recommendations.
The location is the real selling point. The unit is ground level with walk out directly to the pool and hot tub, and the beach. The beach was gorgeous -- water was calm and clear, and the sand was fine and soft. It was amazing to have such direct beach access since it allowed us to easily go back and forth for several beach visits and going between the beach and pool through the day. The unit is also well stocked with pool and beach toys, as well as a stand-up paddle board.
Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance, but we were glad we brought our stroller for the kids! It was about 15-20 minutes to the grocery store and main drag.
We really had the best week, and we will definitely be back to the Grandview and specifically to this unit!!

We had a wonderful experience with this property. It was very convenient and private. Our beach chairs were set up every morning. The property was clean and neat. We were welcomed personally and even had a great left for us in the kitchen. The pool and beach were so close that it worked out great having a baby and going back for naps. I would recommend a stay on Grace Bay!!

Property is first class and fantastic location within walking distance to many restaurants and directly ocean front. Less crowded on the beach because the density of guest is lower than other resorts. Always a chair and umbrella available. Sand and water in front of the property is perfect and very quiet. Great for relaxing. Interior furnishings were top notch and very comfortable from the beds to the family room and kitchen. Will definitely stay again if visiting this part of Provo.

This condo is exactly how it is described! It was perfectly clean, it is very spacious and a fantastic location within the complex. We appreciated having gated parking and we used the workout room. It was never crowded on the beach. It is the perfect choice for a stay on Grace Bay!

My family of 4 had a great stay at this property. This was our first time to Turks and Caicos. The property was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Great location right on Grace Bay beach. Check in process was very easy and onsite property manager always available when needed. Charles - host was also always quick to respond and that is much appreciated. Can't go wrong with this property!

We had such a great time! The condo was super clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. It even had a yoga mat, bug spray, and lots of beach toys/inflatables. The beds were super comfortable. The location can’t be beat, right on the beach but also walkable to a lot of restaurants and shopping. We rented a car because my husband and son went golfing and we wanted to check out some restaurants that were further away but a car really isn’t necessary if you’re good with a little walking. Charles and Regina were a pleasure to work with. There was a large fresh fruit tray and 2 big bottles of water waiting for us upon checkin which was unexpected but greatly appreciated. Regina was also super nice to let us checkout a little late and when our rental car battery died right after we checked out, she let us wait for our ride back inside the condo. We loved our stay so much that we booked again for next year. We had to book a different condo because this exact one wasn’t available for our dates but it’s nearly identical. Can’t wait to stay at Grandview again!

The condo is located on a great part of Grace Bay and this ground floor unit is just steps from the pool and beach. Well furnished, clean and excellent hosts. Highly recommended.

This unit is top notch both inside and out. The place was perfect for our family of 4 (2 teenage kids). Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (master was huge) was very nice. Also having a kitchen while on vacation is nice to help cut down on the amount of times you have to eat out. Eating b-fast and lunches in was nice as could sit by pool/beach in between without having to venture out. The kitchen is VERY well stock and has plenty of plates, bowls, silverware so not having to wash all the time (also has soft sided coolers to use, so we didn't need to use ours). The unit also came with plenty of water toys - floats, noodles and even a paddle board - which my kids loved. The only change I would make is to have overhead lighting added to the 2nd bedroom, so can turn on light when walk in without having to get to lamp to turn lights on.
As far as location - this unit is on first floor so might not have the same views as 2nd/3rd floor units (you can still see water), but was SO convenient when coming back from pool/beach we could walk right into our unit and didn't have to walk around to the other side of the unit where the stairs are located. We had a rental car for the first few days and parking at unit was easy and always available. We then walked into town on other days - either via the beach or street. It did get a bit hot doing this a few times, but is totally doable if you don't mind a walk.
We were traveling with some friends that were staying at The Ritz and showed them our place and they are totally going to keep this place in mind for when they return. The staff from owners, Charles and Regina were amazing!!! I HIGHLY recommend this place - it is perfect!!!

Another great stay at the Grandview!!! The location is close enough to the activities (restaurants, bars, etc) but far enough away for some privacy. The on site property manager is fantastic and goes above and beyond to insure that your stay exceeds your expectations. Charles, the offsite manager, is a joy to work with regarding every aspect of your reservation.
No better place to stay on the island!!!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Grandview. Perfect beach and condo. We have three kids and they all fit comfortably in the second bedroom. Good location. Walking distance to many restaurants. We will be back (hopefully). Thanks for a great stay

Beautiful condo right on Grace Bay. Condo is quite spacious and everything was clean and well kept. Beach is only 100m away and condo has own chairs and umbrellas reserved for guests. Check in and communication was easy with Charles and Regina.

The condo was a great place to relax and enjoy life. Everyday chairs and umbrellas were sat up at beach for your disposal.
The location was wonderful, but having a car was a plus. Charles was easy to deal with in booking .
Regina spent time in showing us all details we needed during our stay at the condo. She gave us great recommendations.

Perfect vacation!
Really loved everything about this place. Close proximity to the water, restaurants, golf course. We did not rent a car which was not a big deal. The pool is clean, hot tub clean, condo is beautiful and the property manager Regina is a sweetheart!

Perfect Beach Front Property
The condo was nestled between The Grace Bay Club and The Royal West Indies which provided for a great way to grab food in immediate walking distance and to also enjoy the live entertainment. The distance to the beach were mere seconds and we were always greeted with perfect beach front seating and a great on site attendant, Noel. We would love to visit the island again and highly recommend this condo to anyone.

We had the best time for two whole weeks here. Our first trip to Turks & Caicos for a post Covid vacation. This condo is wonderful spacious clean light bright ocean view steps to pool and beach. Our local contact was so helpful. The absolute best thing is the location. Right on the best part of grace bay beach. A small private condo complex but the restaurants and resorts were all close by as was the grocery store. Only issue was driving on the left side of the road but we did get the hang of it sure hope we can come back next year for another two weeks

Great property
Great way to enjoy Grace bay without being in a huge resort. Small building (I believe 18 units), beautiful, large, immaculate condo. Steps away from pool, hot tub and the beach. Few people at the pool / hut tub and always able to get one of the chair / umbrella setups at the beach. Restaurant across the street with 1/2 price drinks at happy hour!

30 seconds to your beach chair
This ground floor condo has a huge advantage - your back door opens to the pool and beach. Everybody else has to walk around to the back (front?) of the building to go upstairs, doubling their distance. There are lounge chairs and umbrellas in the sand set up for condo use, and there were plenty available all week. Front door to toes in sand is maybe 30 seconds. Even though it's on the ground floor, there is still a beautiful view of the water. We had some friends with kayaks, and we just pulled the boats onto our porch instead of lugging them all the way back to the garage. Very, very convenient.
There's plenty of room for teenagers to find space in multiple sitting areas, and the furnishings are clean and modern. The master suite is huge. We hung out on the screened porch all the time.
There are a couple of restaurants in walking distance, and a (comparatively) cheap food truck at the end of the road. There's a small convenience store a few minutes walk.
We rented a car locally at the recommendation of our hostess and the price was way lower than any online options I looked into. The condo is not "out of the way" by any means - you can walk down the beach to any number of resorts/restaurants, but a car is necessary to get to the main grocery store and the shopping district.
A couple of folding beach chairs and a cooler, maybe a few beach toys, would have been convenient for visiting other beaches, but that's a fairly minor quibble.
Grace Bay on the whole is gorgeous. We would absolutely stay at this fantastic condo again. Highly recommended.

Beautiful beachfront condo
This is a beautiful condo right on grace bay with a front seat to every gorgeous sunset and about 50 feet to the beach. Well appointed kitchen, plenty of space, clean, new modern appliances, beach chair set up and umbrellas. I would definitely stay here again. Carolina was very welcoming and attentive. Just heads up that there is only one working tv in the living room (none in bedrooms none in bedrooms) and Wifi is spotty but can be unpredictable on windy days on the island. Compared to other condos, this provides a less crowded and peaceful option right on Grace Bay. We will be back!

Everything from the the condo, the grounds, the location on Grace Bay and the beach were 10/10. Ajay and Carolina were very attentive and professional when we needed something. Perfect vacation, thank you!

The view, the beach the pool. The bedding and bed comfortable, we loved this condo. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, cocktail and wine glasses. We only wished we could have stayed longer. This was by far a favorite in Turks & Caicos.

I’m not exaggerating when I say this may be my favorite family vacation ever! My wife and I are both in our late 50's and our babies are 26 & 24 respectively. Both of them have been doing "real life" working full time since graduating from college and were ready for some R & R.
This is the perfect vacation for people who don't like being around crowds. The Grandview is a small 18 condo property that feels very private and exclusive.
We never used the front door; the apartment's patio opens right up to the pool and hot tub. A further 30 second walk gets you to the whitest sand beach and clear bluest waters you have ever seen! We watched the sunset every single night, even my antsy 24 year old Son stayed……he even read a book :).
We stocked up with breakfast, snacks and booze at the nearby market. For dinner, we walked to a different restaurant every night which worked out great because I didn’t rent a car.
The Condo pictures don't do it justice, it was way nicer than we anticipated. We aren't a very picky family, having comfortable beds, air conditioning, working WIFI and a coffee maker are our basic necessities. However, we are now spoiled thanks to Ajay and Carolina who were very responsive and helpful. We hope to return soon.

First floor condo had us feeling like we owned the place. Squeaky clean, comfortable and well equipped. Ajay was very accommodating. Even printed and delivered some docs for a scuba trip. Perfect.
