Pool hours are 7:00AM to 11:00PM. The Town of Carolina Beach has quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m., so please be aware of the noise created when gathering in the outside areas as the sound carries. Please adhere to the pool and quiet hours as this property is located in a residential area. Bryant Real Estate will not tolerate partying, rowdy behavior, violations of the local noise ordinance, or in police activity at the property. Any disturbance or abuse of the property may result in an expedited eviction; should we have to proceed with the eviction process there will not be a refund of rental monies paid towards your vacation per the terms of our contract. The home features two full kitchens and living areas with four smart TVs (65", 60", 55", and 32") with premium channels, a DVD player and even two Keurig coffee machines. There are 5 Queen size beds, 2 Full size beds, and 1 full bunk bed.

While in the area be sure to check out the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, where you will find shops, restaurants, and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Take a stroll around the lake, which features farmers markets, paddleboats, festivals, and Sunday movie nights in the park.
