Spread over 5 gorgeous, oak treed acres, this spacious family estate welcomes guests to wine country with a Bocce court, pool, hot tub, and a seasonal creek. Inside, the newly updated home features 4 King beds, a stunning chef's kitchen, formal dining, expansive game room with Foosball table and 2 fireplaces. The property is situated down a private road with no visible neighbors for maximum peace and privacy. Wild turkeys and deer roam the property. Muir Woods: 30 Min. Safari West: 15 min.

This gracious farmhouse style home is spread over two levels, with plenty of privacy for multiple families.
BEDROOMS:
Main Floor Primary Suite- Featuring cathedral ceilings, charming French doors that lead to the pool, and a comfortable King bed, this bedroom is a quiet and private retreat at the end of a busy day. The bathroom features a massive 2 person walk-in shower, a separate freestanding soaking tub, and double sinks. A chic work desk with comfortable chair is great for working from home.
Upstairs Primary Suite- Featuring high ceilings, tons of natural light, and a comfortable king bed, this bedroom is spacious and can easily fit a pack n play or other travel crib. There is also a very large walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with shower over tub and double sinks. Chic work desk with comfortable chair is great for working from home.
Upstairs 3rd Bedroom- Light, bright, and spacious, this very stylish King bedroom is a calming and well-decorated retreat with ample closet space.
Main Floor 4th Bedroom- This King bedroom is located off of the great room- the quietest area of the house. Good for light sleepers, noisy teenagers, or extra guests.
KITCHEN-
The large, sunny farmhouse kitchen featuring bay windows, high ceilings, and is full equipped for creating meals large and small. Dishwasher, microwave, gas range, oven, and plenty of space for a crowd to cook together. Bar seating is perfect for those who'd rather observe the chef; glass of local wine in hand. There is also a breakfast table that seats 4. Kitchen has a Nespresso Vertuo machine, drip coffee maker, and french press to suit everyone's coffee needs.

Rural, peaceful, clean, and bucolic. We are in the middle of Sonoma County, which is known for its winemaking. There are over 400 wineries and tasting rooms in the county: the closest one is Matanzas Creek Winery, about 3 minute away. This is a very quiet neighborhood full of large country properties. Many neighbors grow wine grapes and have horses, chickens, cows etc. There are several lovely hiking trails within a short drive.
Car is preferable. Uber is an option as well. There are also many private drivers who can arrange winery tours for large and small groups, if you want to leave the driving to someone else.
NEIGHBORS: We share a long, private driveway with 1 other neighbor- they are the sweetest people ever but have sadly lost pets to cars going too fast down the shared drive. PLEASE 10 MPH max on the driveway to avoid accidents :-)
WILDLIFE: This a rural, country property set in nature. The frogs in the creek have a lovely chorus in the evenings. You may also hear coyote howling, owls hooting, and wild turkeys doing their gobble gobble thing. Next door neighbors have a pony which you may hear from time to time. PLEASE NOTE: This is a farmhouse in a rural area: insects and mice are an expected and normal part of our ecosystem, although we have regular professional pest control to keep them in check. If you are not comfortable with a bit of biomass, this might not be the right property for you.
POOL. Hot tub can be heated year round. We ask that you limit use to 4 hours per day as propane is very expensive. Thank you!
Pool can be heated from May-October for stays of more than 5 nights, for additional charge of $1000.
WATER: We are on well water with a filtration system, so the water is safe to drink. We also have filtered water from the fridge if you prefer.
SEPTIC: This is a rural country property, and we are on Septic. NO bleach in the laundry, and please do not flush tampons, wipes, or anything other than what nature provides. The cost to do a septic pump out will be billed to the guest if it is due to foreign objects being flushed.
PRICING: The base price includes up to five guests. Additional guests are $50 per person per night, which helps defray the extra cleaning, wear and tear, garbage, laundry, and utilities that larger groups incur.

My book club was celebrating 10 years, so we wanted to explore Napa, Sonoma, and Santa Rosa vineyards. This house was in a great location for all the places we went, and the layout was perfect for 8 people! The house was clean, the pool and hot tub were amazing, and the neighborhood was quiet. The host was also very responsive when we had questions or issues (the pilot light was out on the stovetop). My only thing is that the listing says there are 4 king beds and 1 full bed - there is no full bed. When I asked the host where that was I was told you have to request it ahead of time and it's a blowup mattress. Not a huge deal, but we had a couple of people who wanted to sleep alone and were hoping for that extra bed. Otherwise, everything was great!

Beautiful house. Very large and plenty of room for a group of people. Very clean! Great communication with the host. Suggestions touch up kitchen cabinets and more cooking/ baking pans to cook with. Replace the kitchen plates, quite a few chips in each plate and more small plates only 2 . I would highly recommend this house, roomy , beautiful hot tub, pool and play yard for kids. Very quiet. Door dash and instacart will deliver to this location, big plus.

This place was amazing. From start to finish the host was amazing in her communication and ease of stay. The house was well stocked and worth every last inch of clean, well designed and comfortable space. Our time was so wonderful and we will definitely be looking to come back to enjoy!

Overall the place was amazing! Loved that it was secluded and quiet! Everyone was comfortable and the kitchen was nice and big. Only a couple things, kitchen cabinets and drawers were a little disorganized and things were hard to find. No Tupperware anywhere so hard to store leftovers. Also cabinets inside and out needed some attention, paint and cleaning One electric outlet in master bathroom didn’t work and master bedroom French doors had a broom handle keeping the doors closed. Hot tub heater made a very loud unusual noice when running. Just some suggestions, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is very clean, bright, and well stocked. It’s open and spacious with plenty of room for multiple people. Outside is beautiful and feels secluded. Sitting in the game room each morning having coffee and watching the mist in the trees was a treat. Host was very helpful and nice.

the areas and closest to glen ellen a great little spot itself! the things we HAD to have where spot on - like comfy beds, lots of room, a super sauna that connects to the pool ( so much cleaner than a stand alone) great outdoor living space …. deer and wild turkey walking around outside. The host Nikki was top notch and there for our very need ! There were enough of the staples in the kitchen making a meal easy to prepare !

Our visit to Sonoma/Santa Rosa was wonderful. My husband,myself, our son and his fiancé stayed at this very spacious well equipped house. We had two extra bedrooms that were not used but having a master bedroom and attached bathroom both upstairs and downstairs worked out perfectly!
The house was close to quite a few nice wineries and for two days we hired a driver to take us into Healdsburg and Napa. After a day at the wineries it was nice to come home for a few games of bocce before dark and to relax in the hot tub. When I sent a request for the tub to be turned on Nikki or Mersin turned it on immediately.
This home was perfect and would definitely stay here again especially with a larger group.

This property was stunning! Pictures don’t do it justice, it is so tastefully decorated and welcoming. We were a group of 8 women, there was so much space and with three large bathrooms we never had a problem! Plus the beds are so comfy!
The location was quite private but very easy to get everywhere! We did day/night trips to St Helena, Calistoga, Healdsburg, Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Yountville etc.
Host was also readily available, not that we had any problems what so ever. I can’t say enough good things about this property!

This property is nicely updated, spacious and clean! We were able to easily hop all around wine country and retreat back to a secluded house on a quiet lot. The house was beautiful... but the kitchen was not equipped for cooking. Very limited with dishes, pans and cooking pieces.. Being in wine country one would think there would be glass wine glasses and not warped plastic ones. We paid for the pool but the water was too cold to swim. (we were not told there was no heater)
Towels were minimal and bath towel was a thin blanket. definitely not what i expected and hardly dried one off.
Nespresso coffee pot was not appreciated... there should have been a Kuerig or Cuisinart coffee maker.
A nice home but definitely needs to have a lot of improvements for the price.

My husband and I rented this lovely home with 6 others for a weekend concert in Sonoma. It is situated in a beautiful, bucolic location that is extremely quiet (except for the occasional wild turkey). It is a 15min or so drive from Glen Ellen on a winding road that I was glad not to navigate in the dark. Comfy beds, and very spacious and well-appointed for our group. Communication with Nikki was excellent - she was very welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our stay. I highly recommend that you rent this location,
